My ass is killing me

I injected 200mg DUBOL nandrolone phenylpropionate this morning and now several hours later my ass is f*cking killing me.. it feels like I've been shot or something.. I can hardly walk without looking like I've shit my pants...
anyways.. I've gained 4lbs already after one week on this cycle... so I guess its worth it .. any ideas how to alleviate the pain? It usually lasts until the second day after injection..

My advice is to stop seeing fantom as he has this affect on most men he dates.

Secondly, you should try running hot water over the barrel of the syringe to warm up the liquidy goodness that is inside. This will alleviate some of the pain. It should take at least a minute or two to get it really warmed up.

If warming up the gear doesn't help, try diluting it with another compound that you know doesn't hurt, i.e. something that doesn't have a shitload of ba in it.

And if you just can't stay away from fantom, I'm sure he has all kinds of gels and ointments to help.

I had that happen to me w/ prop/tren about 3 wks ago. My left cheek had a damn grapefruit on it. I hurt like hell. I put a heating pad on it at night and massaged the hell out of it. It finally went away. Since it's your first week you probably just irritated the area. It probably won't happen again to that area. your body is pretty strong when it comes to that stuff! In all seriousness, don't shoot more than 100mg of any prop esther at a time. Even painless shit seems to bother me when i shoot 2ccs of it.

Sure but the shorter esters have their advantages in comparation to the longer ones.. I really prefer NPP rather than the ordinary deca.......
So in the end I guess the pain is worth it..

im just messing with ya bro. dude you gotta just deal with it. i still get a little pain. im using 2cc of prop ed. stick with the longer esters. even then youll have some pain, but less often

I also warm up that yummy loaded syringe under very hot tap water for about 3 minutes prior to inject. Goes in like butter, and cuts the pain in half Bro. Heating pad does wonders to get that oil circulating in the muscle and relieve that pain.
