If your body is always going back to the same size and not advancing from cycle to cycle,, then you must not be doing a good PCT and sticking to a solid diet post pct to maintain gains.
IMO, you should cut down to below 15% body fat,, then progress from there but always stay at that bf,, that way you can visually see the gains you are making.. You can't really see much muscle gains (other then size) at 20+ bf %
