if this is your 5th cycle and you are asking these questions then i think you have gone 4 cycles too many.
its not as simple as someone just saying 'take this'. you said yourself that your diet is poor after your course is finished. it deesnt matter what quantity of steroid you take, if you arent eating properly and in the quantity required then you arent giving your body the other essential ingredient it requires to build and put on mass and more importantly to keep it on.
You HAVE to plan your course, this means planning your training routine, ur training times and intensity. you MUST eat correctly and take in enough good quality calories to allow your body to build. if you dont do these basics then you are just wasting your time and will end up as you are now, frustrated and no longer making any type of gains.
you need to go back to the basics and work out your meal plans, calculate your protein intake and make sure you are taking in enough good quality nutrition. you also need to check and seek proper advice on setting up a correct PCT for post cycle.
