Thanks for the responses. I'm going to start a lean bulk using DC training. I've been using it for a short cut I've been on and have seen awesome strength gains, but it's time to put on some mass. I've been kind of afraid to bulk for long periods of time due to me thinking I might be adding a little fat because I used to be very obese. I have never reached my goal bf% of 5%, but it will probably be easier once I put on some good muscle mass. I understand that I'll never put on much size( in my 30's and still not up to 185-190) if I keep the whole get and stay really lean mentality...time to get this bulk on!
