My bulking diet

7u30: 1 cup oatmeal + 10 egg whites


10u: 120g rice (cooked) + chicken breast (200g cooked)


12u: normal lunch that my mom cooks


15u: 120g rice + chicken breast



18u: 120g rice + chicken breast



21u: 10 egg whites


I'm 22, weight is 210 pounds. On a cycle (500mg test+ 400mg deca).
I ate everything in site but I gained to much (fat).
I'm a lot stronger, but I gonna eat clean now.
Is my diet ok?
 
this looks like a cutting diet

first of all youre 210 pounds, thats not small. Second, youre on a cycle. You need to EAT

id add some red meat in the last two meals, and add veggies to as many meals as you can. Id at least get over 4,000 calories.

Also replace some rice with oatmeal and sweet potatoes.

Take advantage of being on a cycle and like crazy.

I like what Suareezay said, try to mix up your meats, and also try to add some fruit in as well b/c fruit is a natural fat burner.
 
Too much rice and if it is the typical white rice that most Americans eat it has very little nutritional value except for carbs. You need to eat alot more and add variety, bulking diets should be enjoyable, eat more green vegetables they help with digestion and contain lots of vitamins. More eggs, more meat, more dairy and stay away from processed foods and simple sugars that is the best bulking diet.

I agree, looks more like a cutting diet. Loose the egg whites, 5 lg whole eggs = 35 grams of protien.
