you getting some fullness and a pump in the gym with bridge and n2slin?

Yes noticed muscle pumps are getting GOOD.. have felt great this whole week!

my diet has been strict... chickenbreast,salmon, ahi tuna steaks, deer steaks, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice, almonds, walnuts, pecans, natty pb. I had a refeed day today carb intake was 350g. will carry on with the carb cycling for another 7 weeks.

Trained sholders tonight. 25 mins of stair master followed by another 25 of HIIT. Got to burn some of this fat off my ass!
 
Today is my off day at the gym. 35 minutes of HIIT this morning, Going for a 40 minute road bike ride after work today.
Down to 214 this morning.

Diet today looks like this today.
370g protien
36g carbs
130g fat

overall this week: Felt my energy level go up, muscle pumps are better, Increased mental focus, Have been sweating alot more.

sounds like its kickin in nicely
 
dont want to jack the thread cbman but so hows the best way to run need2slin? 2 before heavy carb meals, and is it best 2 pre workout meal and/or post workout meal?

I've been wondering the same thing.Do thease need to be carb meals?

The bottle says 2 capsules 2x a day 30 mins before meals. As an alternative dosing users may take 1 capsule 30 mins before meals 3-6 times a day.
 
Update: weighed 210 this morning so I'm down 7 lbs. Some of it may be due to the fact I've cycled off my creatine..?? anyway Been hitting HIIT more and still eating clean and cycling my carbs.

Thinking about picking up some CLA and L Carnatine to help with the fat loss any of you guys tried thease?
 
Man that stack is kicking in real nice!! Feel like I'm back on test cycle, my energy and training intensity has really gone up. Only downside is my Acne has flared back up.. It always does when my hormone level goes up or down. Overall I feel great will definately be grabbing some more N2slin and bridge for in between my cycles.

My training today: Legs with cardio acceleration inbetween sets and 25 mins of stair master. I have been doing Jim stoppani: 6 week to shred program. Really digging it.. Thease workouts are kicking my ass.

Since I do intermittent fasting I usually do 3 caps for my meals.....so 6 caps a day total
 
diet has been very strict this week... except i did have meatlover pizza on my refeed day oh god it was soo good. My sugary carb cravings are getting worse by the day too but i am managing to curb it.

Tonight was legs with cardio acceleration + 20 mins of road biking.

Haha thanks guys!! Stack really hitting me good I scheduled a blood panel and see if the doc can get me some meds for the acne I'm getting. Very curious to see what my test level is at right now. Should have the results on 7-2.
 
Training was Good today, did back and triceps with cardio acceleration in between sets.
Have noticed my lifts going up and feeling a good pump. Just added Lr3 into my rats diet as well.
