BOMBSHELL
So as some of you may have read, I recently posted a thread on damaged metabolism. Things are coming along and I'm dropping weight AND EATING! haha I'm currently doing 30 minutes HIIT sessions three days a week. Weights Monday through Friday. Saturday 40 minutes moderate intensity cardio. Sunday off.
Diet is posted in the other thread. (Approx 1300-1400 calories/day)
CYCLE: (and any advice is appreciated) I AM 16 WEEKS OUT TODAY!
Currently running 10mg Anavar and plan on runnning it for another 4 weeks for 6 weeks total. Started my clen cycle this week. (2 days on, 1 day off)
I will then be 10 weeks out from Nationals. I will take two weeks off from AAS, then start Winstrol at 10mg/day for 6 weeks until I'm 2 weeks out.
I have T3 on hand but have never used it before. I am also curious about an estrogen blocker. Any suggestions??
FYI: I'm a national IFBB/NPC bikini competitor
