My cycle thread; Time to get it!

Here is same pic as above us rotated; as of last week; 7 weeks into 6 month run; I am working on new macros; will be doing 50 grams carbs 3 days on 1 day 250 grams carbs; day 7 will consist of 1-2 cheat meals; still not ready for 0 carb day;View attachment 562180

Been training for over 15 years
1-2 gallon water a day;
20 g BCAA sip on all day mixed with extra electrolytes.
Test values low; 290
Goal lean up and cut up; hopefully 10% BF

Sunday will consume fresh fruits, yogurt, strip steak with sweet potato ( 1 meal of pancakes with bacon and egg whites)

Cycle
Weeks 1-4 150 MG EOD test Prop; ( Euro pharm)
Weeks 1-4 30 MG DBol ED; (10 mg E/4 hours) ( PSL)
Weeks 1-24 450 MG; Test E ( PSL domestic)
Weeks 1-24 750 MG Primobolan (AML)
Weeks 1-24; Aridex .25-.33 (hard to split exactly in half);
Weeks 26-30 PCT; Clomid 50 MG ED
weeks 30 on; will get blood work and TRT is needed;
Test p and a oral kick start is the way to go.

0 carb day......I would be a mess if i attempted that lol.

Thanks brother. My upper back is blowin up! Will get a pic next time. I'm not ready for 0 carb day. I'm limiting myself to 50 grams for 3 days and 1 day 250 grams carbs. Upping my morn cardio to 1 hour 4 days a week and 3-4 post workout stairstepper workout 30 min.

My macros for the day are; 350 grams protein; 50 gram carb; 105 grams fat;
Brisk walk for 45 min
Meal 1; 10 oz chicken 1 small avocado
Meal 2 ( pre workout) 1/4 cup steel cut dry; 1 tbsp PB; 1 packet stevia;; 6 oz salmon
Lifted back biceps; then 30 min Post work out cardio on stair stepper; no hands
meal 3; 1.5 scoop whey
meal 4; 10 oz chicken; salad; avocado; 1 TBSP olive oil; 1/2TBSP balsamic Vinegar
Meal 5; 6 oz chicken; salad; 2 oz goat cheese; 1/2TBSP balsamic Vinegar
Meal 6; 8 oz ground bison; 1 small avocado;
all food equals 350 grams protein; 50 gram carb; 105 grams fat;
 
I am currently out of town for the week; so diet is off and on. I will be back to the grind on monday; I am doing carb cycle; 2 days low carbs 50 grams and on day 3 is 200-250 grams and legs are lifted on carb load days;
Current cycle
750 mg of primo
600 mg test E
75 mg proviron ED
.5 aridex E3D or E4D

PSL and AML are great products and superior service; The next 8 weeks are crucial time for my cut portion of my cycle;
 
Another great week! Carb cycled during the week and today is my 300 carb day! Gonna have sushi, and prob steak and pasta with fruit today. Then rest of week is 50 grams carbs 2 days. Then 120 1
Day. Then 50 grams next 2 days then 120 grams then 300 on Sunday.
 
Had a good week! Still trying to find a sweet spot with my diet. This week I had about 60 grams carbs for 3 days 4th was 150 grams next 2 are 75 grams carbs per day. Sunday will be my re fuel day. I am getting 330 grams of protein and 80-100 grams of hethy fat. Training has been Solid. I love feeling the pump and sweating it off on the stairstepper post workout.
 
Started week off good. New aml primo is crippling. The pip is definetly strong! Ouch! Hopefully my muscles warm up to it. It was not this bad the last 2 months on primo. I might start cutting it with my test to have less primo in shot
