I get asked a lot in PM's what my diet typically looks like - So i'll break it down for you. Maybe it will help give some of the individuals ideas on how to incorpate things into their own diet.
First - I don't follow this 100% during the off season, i cheat 1 meal probably every other day - Personally i like shushi, Indian Cuisine (really digging that right now) and Mcdonalds.
I try and keep everything pretty simple so i don't have to think - Also i've been clean for a long time now (other then like 4 weeks) during which time i was injured and came off. My weight has stayed 265 lb during the last 7 - 8 months of not using anything. Which is down from 280 during times i heavily used. My bodyfat is slightly up, but thats more likely because i don't do much offseason cardio now and i'm not as strict.
Meal 1: (8:00 a.m.)
12 Egg Whites + 2 yolks
2 packets Flavored oatmeal
Meal 2: (11:00 a.m.)
8 oz. Chicken Breast
3/4 cup Rice
Meal 3: (2:00 p.m.)
7 oz. Ground Turkey
12 oz. Baby Red Potato
Meal 4: Preworkout (5:00 p.m.)
8 oz. Chicken Breast
3/4 cup Rice
1 med Granny Smith Apple
Meal 5: Postworkout (8:00 p.m.)
50g Whey Protein Isolate
2 scoops Vitargo
1 packet Flavored Oatmeal
Meal 6: (11:00 p.m.)
6 oz. Lean Hamburger (96%)
12 oz. Baby Red Potato
2 cups Romaine Lettuce w/ 1 tbsp. Olive Oil and Vinegar
SNACK: 2 plain Rice Cakes w/ 2 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
Snack on Brocolli during Meals (2 and 3)
With my diet i get in approx:
450g Carbs
300g Protein
60g Fat
I also take in about 30g Glutamine which is not included above.
Pretty Simple and easy to make gains on. No need for complicated diets and no need for you guys trying to get 5000 kcals. Sure way to get fat. Unless your working a seriosuly labor intensive job 10 hrs / day.
Good Luck to everyone.
If i was going to go back to using Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) - i would up my Carbs by about 50g and my protein by 50g.
