MY Diet For Everyone that Asks

I get asked a lot in PM's what my diet typically looks like - So i'll break it down for you. Maybe it will help give some of the individuals ideas on how to incorpate things into their own diet.

First - I don't follow this 100% during the off season, i cheat 1 meal probably every other day - Personally i like shushi, Indian Cuisine (really digging that right now) and Mcdonalds.

I try and keep everything pretty simple so i don't have to think - Also i've been clean for a long time now (other then like 4 weeks) during which time i was injured and came off. My weight has stayed 265 lb during the last 7 - 8 months of not using anything. Which is down from 280 during times i heavily used. My bodyfat is slightly up, but thats more likely because i don't do much offseason cardio now and i'm not as strict.

Meal 1: (8:00 a.m.)

12 Egg Whites + 2 yolks
2 packets Flavored oatmeal

Meal 2: (11:00 a.m.)

8 oz. Chicken Breast
3/4 cup Rice

Meal 3: (2:00 p.m.)

7 oz. Ground Turkey
12 oz. Baby Red Potato

Meal 4: Preworkout (5:00 p.m.)

8 oz. Chicken Breast
3/4 cup Rice
1 med Granny Smith Apple

Meal 5: Postworkout (8:00 p.m.)

50g Whey Protein Isolate
2 scoops Vitargo
1 packet Flavored Oatmeal

Meal 6: (11:00 p.m.)

6 oz. Lean Hamburger (96%)
12 oz. Baby Red Potato
2 cups Romaine Lettuce w/ 1 tbsp. Olive Oil and Vinegar

SNACK: 2 plain Rice Cakes w/ 2 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
Snack on Brocolli during Meals (2 and 3)

With my diet i get in approx:

450g Carbs
300g Protein
60g Fat

I also take in about 30g Glutamine which is not included above.

Pretty Simple and easy to make gains on. No need for complicated diets and no need for you guys trying to get 5000 kcals. Sure way to get fat. Unless your working a seriosuly labor intensive job 10 hrs / day.

Good Luck to everyone.

If i was going to go back to using Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) - i would up my Carbs by about 50g and my protein by 50g.

That burger at 11:00 p.m. would just completely rip my stomach up. Kinda like a drunken white castle visit. But if you can get away with it then great.

Each gram of protein = 4 Cal
Each gram of Carbs = 4 Cal
Eash gram of fat = 9 Cal

Now, you tell us.........

As far as the hamburger at 11:00 - I don't typically go to be till after midnight, so it has plenty of time to digest.

Also its 6 oz. of VERY lean meat so it doesn't effect me like High Saturated Fats that late at night.

Yeah I missed the part about it being lean, I just can't eat like that before bed without paying the next day. Another problem I have is actually under eating alot of time I'll miss dinner and not eat at all at night. While I know this is a no-no, it stilll happens.

How does it do that? Hamburgers make my stomach feel good.

I eat a LOT of cheeseburgers. Not good for my lipid profile, however. :(

Neither can I. Thanks, Dirk, for posting your diet.

One question. Is it better to shit in the morning before your first meal or at night after your last meal?

BOth...shit twice a day bro...problem solved! :shoot4:

So do you really consider sushi to be a cheat meal during offseason? I guess it would depend on what you're ordering i.e. rolls, vs. nagiri vs. fried crap I guess.

Well considering - i had 3 rolls tonight along with 16 pieces of nagiri -

Thats cheating.....40 pieces of shusi is way more then i should eat.

And what are you doing questioning my diet strategies W.

I might have to sabotage your next 3 days....ha ha

LMAO, so sorry O' Wise One. Wasn't questioning as much as clarifying, cuz there will be some sushi in my near future and wanted to know what category to put it in :wink2:

Of course, if I start seeing Snickers and fried chicken for my diet the night of weigh-in, I'll know something's up!
