I don't know why, I have a pretty strong stomach and can handle anything, I like spicy foods. But I've found that if I eat red meat late at night I messes with me in the A.M.mranak said:How does it do that? Hamburgers make my stomach feel good.

I've just found that I can lose fat more eficiently by eating ALOT of clean food and doing ALOT of cardio (1 hour every a.m 6 days per week). and lifting in the evenings...remember though, I spend alot of time in the gym to burn off the cals....the only advantage is I feel very strong and my muscles are always full.

I've posted my pics, diets training and people who contribute nothing flamed me. Again, not that you are the problem, I'd just like to see some credibility on this board.

I have in the past used a combo of Gatorade and BCCA's during my workouts at various points. Its worth trying.

I take like 10g PW, 10g Before Bed, and like 10g before my first meal.
