Ok since I couldn't find a lot about GW 1516, I figured I would create this log on my experience. My goal for the most part is to speed up fatloss. Secondly to regain the muscle I lost while recovering from a shoulder and knee injury the happened in the same week.
Rightnow I'm 6'1 226. Would like to get under 210 where I feel I look the best.
So far I've dosed it twice, once when it came yesterday and this morning apon rising.
I plan on running it for 8 weeks. So far all I can say about it is that has sort of a winter green taste. And gives you really bad heart burn. It also made me sweat like crazy in my sleep. Doesn't seem to keep you awake like clen or T3. Dosnt seem to effect your heart either. So it probably ok to stack it with a stimulate since its not one. As far a dosing on the few logs I saw. 5gm or 10gm they seem to be having results. I'm gonna stick with 5gm for now cause this stuff is kinda pricey. I saw one log where a guy was taking doses as high as 40 gm and didn't seem to have a better effect. 5gm daily is what I'll stick to for now. I'm about to work out for the first time since dosing this stuff now. If anyone has used this before or is currently taking it and have anything to add feel free, I could use the insight. I don't except much today so ill most likely have a few workouts before I update.
