My first cycle from start to finnish taking sustanon 250 only!

Hello, I am a 23-year-old collegiate athlete and I am going to be starting my first cycle I've been debating for the past few months when and if I'm going to start but after much thought and even more reading I have decided I am ready to start since it is my first cycle I am going to be taking Sustanon 250 only I would like to add some D-bol at the beginning but I just can't get my hands on it I have decided to run 500mg a week and I am going to be injecting MON/THURS I have 30ml so in other words enough for a 15 week cycle at 500mg a week is that too long I have thought about starting at 750mg a week and then bumping it back down to 500mg just to make the cycle a little shorter but upon reading I have heard that I can mess up my levels and cause all sorts of other problems is this true? And for my post cycle therapy (pct) I have Nolvadex and Clomid both on hand and will start my post cycle therapy (pct) 21 days after my last injection Here are my stats and the supplements I'll be taking throughout the cycle and my diet please let me know if there's anything you see that I should change or stop really want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row before I start this! Ohh and I also wanted to ask if I should add creatine to the supplements I'll be taking?

Stats- 6’2 220lbs (I don’t know my BF but its not that high I don’t have a belly and I don’t have a six pack)
Bulking Diet-
Meal 1
6 egg whites
½ cup of cheese
2 whole eggs
1 cup oats
1 scoop optimum nutrition whey protein

Meal 2
8oz of lean chicken
1 cup of rice (measure while uncooked)
2 cups Mixed veggies

Meal 3
2 cans of tuna
1 cup rice (measure while uncooked)
2 cups mixed veggies

8oz grilled salmon
2 cups mixed veggies
1 cup rice (measure while uncooked)

Pre-workout
2 scoops C-4 Extreme by cellucor
1 pck Universal animal Pak

During workout
Sip on some BCAA’s

Post workout Meal 5
8oz of red meat
1 cup rice (measure while uncooked)
2cups mixed veggies
1 scoop optimum nutrition whey protein

Meal 6
8oz lean chicken
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups mixed veggies

Meal 7 (late night snack)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup mixed fruit
1 glass of whole milk

Supplements-

optimum nutrition 100% whey protein
N2Guard
C4 extreme pre workout by cellucor
BCAA’s (not sure what brand yet)
Creatine?
 
yea i got some..

your post workout nutrition should not have beef in it.. if anything it should be whey and a very simple carb like white bagel, dextrose, or waxy maze

also your eating a shit ton of rice.. at some point your body will start rejecting it.. switch it out.. 1 cup of uncooked rice is something like 3-4 cups cooked if im not mistaken.. your getting the calories in but you can be making better choices...

for example

12oz sweet potato
20oz red potato
3 cups black beans
3 cups whole wheat pasta (weighed cooked)
3 cups red kidney beans


switch it up.. i know its easy to make a shit ton of rice but remember rice doesn't have the same nutrients as some of the stuff i have mentioned above...

do you know what your total caloric intake is?
 
hey sorry it took me so long to reply been out of the county without my comp idk my total cal intake but i'm shooting for 5,500-6 ohh and thanks for the input on my post workout and my white rice consumption... what about creatine is that a must have for my cycle? if so how much and when should i take it? i'v heard it dose not matter when i take it but i should take a minimum of 5G's a day?
