My first cycle in steroids

Hi im 24,
16 stone.
6ft

this is going to be my first cycle i have been given tri test400 / 1m by a friend
(test ethanate 120mg/ml
test cypionate 120mg/ml
test decanoate 160mg/ml)

i am going to run just 1 mill a week / 400 per a week for 10 weeks

im not sure how to take the 1ml should i do half a mill on monday and then half a mill on thursday or all in one day, post backx

i have a pct for after and i eat very well and lift hard.

any advice post below cheers guys ps new to this website but it seems really good (y)
 
thanks for the reply would you advise to split the 1mill up or take it all on one day for the week also any grea pct's you know of? tHANKS
 
thanks for that what days would you recomend injecting? also ive been told its just the same to inject in 1 go rather than twice please give your view thanks
 
To be technical, the more times you pin the better because your blood levels won't spike and crash as often. I would pin every Mon and thurs for your cycle. You need to do some research on half lifes of each compound your doing
 
I always shoot for a smooth blood serum level of test. So on longer esthers, twice per week will keep you pretty well balanced. Mon and thurs is fine. If you were to pin once per week instead, your hormone levels will fluctuate more and you might have ups and downs with mood etc. Of course, if you were doing only test prop, you would need to pin EOD since it has such a short halflife.
 
yeah thanks guys totally agree with you both, and do i have to do research on half lifes is it really important right now, also thanks for posting , im trying to gain mass and bulk out any other info on workout routines calories etc, what have workoed for you. that info is all great to, Thanks again
 
Just pin twice per week and you will be fine. Eat every couple of hours. 6 to 8 times per day. Your diet would depend on your current stats and Body fat. The most important diet tip I have learned on a bulk cycle is to consume high glycemic sugars right after a work out to encourage your body to spike it's insulin levels. Then follow up with whey protein 40grams about 15 minutes later. Post workout, your body will be like a sponge.

what do you mean by that, how often do you train and what muscles each day?
