Hey guys just thought Id post my lean bulk cycle

Age:22
Height:5'11"
Weight:180
BF%:12% +/-


Weeks 1-10 Sustanon 250:500mg EW
Weeks 4-10 Primobolan (Methenolone Acetate):700mg EW
Weeks 1-up to pct Arimadex: .50mg E3D

Alternating pins between glutes and delts. 25g 1" for delts, 23g 1.5" for glutes.Barely any Pip

PCT: 17 days after last pin
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

Supps:MusclePharm Arnold Series Protein,Preworkout,Multi-vitamin.NAC and Milk thistle

The sustanon 250 for sustained release at 2 pins/amps(500mg) a week on a shorter cycle. I added the primo to get a leaner look, and I think it is an acceptable compound for a begginer.Although the primo is virtually non-hepatoxic I reduced my cycle from 12 to 10 weeks because its an oral afterall. I think Primobolan is a great compound that people hate on because A.They dont take enough B. They got bunk gear (Primobolan is arguably the most counterfitted AAS) C.They prefer stronger compounds and the primo doesnt give them dramatic results.Was considering Winstrol but the Primo won out.

I will be posting pics ASAP. I am already a week into my cycle.

Not going to comment on your age since you already started.

Lean isn't a %

With sust your blood levels are going to be less, not more stable than Test-C/E unless you pin at least EOD (if not ED)

Are you trying to bulk? 180@ 5'10 is pretty skinny to be starting gear.

Primo is not ideal for bulking.

6 or 7 weeks is really short for primo - REALLY short. Glad you read the steroid website profile on it at least, though.

Sust kicked in 3 days after first pin.I was getting slight signs of high estro on .25mg ADEX. Headaches,got itchy nips, a little depressed so I took .50mg my next dose and I feel way better now. Feeling normal on .50mg but I dont know if i should continue .50mg EOD or if I should make it .50mg E3D.
 
I know lean isnt a %, Sust to keep blood levels stable pinning 2 times a week,Im doing a lean bulk (I weighed more before but lost fat weight) Im not using the Primo for bulking, as I stated above im using it to get a leaner look.I have Dbols to but I dont want to put to much weight on my frame (Im not a bodybuilder, more into fitness). Im just experimenting with the Primo and since its the Acetate I thought 6 weeks was good enough.And I dont know what healthandfitnesstalk.com is but Ill check it out.
 
I don't know where u get the idea of pinning sust twice a week gives u more stable blood levels. Over what? Prop once a week? Test e once a month? Sust should be pinned every third day atleast. Ahh, your 22, u know what your doing...
 
What I meant was I can pin less, I get the quick release and the sustained release. Why you guys gotta be fuckin dicks? Wheres the constructive criticism? Shit like this makes people not wanna post and get the help they need. Did you read the title where it said First cycle aka Im not a pro.
 
I use at .25 E3D, but some need .25 or more ED. Might start at .25 EOD and then see how bloods look in 4-6 weeks. Adjust before then if you start getting sides.

Thanks.I was using it at .25 EOD and started getting sides.I upped my last dose to .5mg and feel much better but wasnt sure if I should continue this dose EOD or E3D.

Killed legs yesterday. Woke up this morning feeling lean; weighed in at 184 before I ate or drank anything. Did chest and tris today. Made Jalapeno chicken and brown rice with steamed veggies for lunch. Im seeing increased size and vascularity but no strength gains yet, just increased endurance.I have training later tonight. 4th pin tomorrow.

Had some trouble with my 4th pin in my delt. Needle was dull.Got it on the 3rd try(with a new tip). Did my 5th pin in my glute yesterday, feeling like the hulk atm. Im amped up and I havent even taken my pwo yet lol definitely gna break some PRs today and its chest day.Getting good size, really vascular and strength is going up. Changing my adex dose to .50mg every 3 days for a couple reasons. 1.The pills are 1mg and split in half easier than quarters even with a pill cutter. 2.I wanted to up my dose just a bit because of a little bloating(no sides other than that). Gonna go hit the gym and then go beat up a bag.

Had some prawns and quinoa for dinner last night.Woke up with no soreness from my workout yesterday. I made an omelette and fruit salad for breakfast(Took my Multi-v, NAC, and milk thistle).

Thanks man.Ya I know, but how many patient 22yos do you know? LOL.I'm just driven to be bigger better faster.not going to do many cycles though just cycle and maintain. Luckily I have the bros here to help me cycle smart.
