My First Cycle. Sustanon 250 and Primobolan Acetate.

Supps update: multi-v is gaspari anavite,pwo is mp assault,protein is Arnold series whey,now nac,sleep aid Arnold series iron dream and fish oils. Going to use the full Arnold series from now on. I think the new line from mp is amazing.
 
Hey buddy...just checking in. Nice log you've kept here. I was going to ask earlier if you're gear was a site sponsor, but you said you have sus amps..so I'm guessing no. LOL. Anyways glad to see your progress bro. And next time you use sustanon..get a test prop. You bump you mgs to 700 total per week by pinning 200mg between Sus shots. Remember that Sustanon has almost 100mg of Prop/Phenyl which means those levels are in flux between shots. It's a pain to pin 3 times a week for some, including me..but was worth it. That next day in the gym after the Prop shot was always killer. Just some advice. YOu seem to have a nice run going here brother. I'll check back in soon.
 
Trying to keep a full log of progress and changes for any other rookies so they know what to expect from beginning to end.The Sust is Indian pharma.Ya I've noticed lol after my shots I feel like a beast,then it levels out and I can't wait for my next pin.Whenever I do my next cycle , I'll be pinning every 3 days (going to be a longer cycle and prob won't use sust).
 
Crushed my last amp.fuck me.at least the test is fully kicked in because I don't know my own strength lol.I hope some juice got into my cut
 
Upping my cardio.not happy with the amount of cardio I've been putting in.5x the test so I gotta train 5 times as hard.training could be more intense than 12hours a week.cycle is flying by and I'm an amp short, going to have to taper down on the last week.

There are some things I would change now that I was saving for the end of cycle post,but here they are so far.

1. Run cycle for 12 weeks,would switch to test E if this was the case.
2 Run Hcg from beginning.such a cheap tool that we should take full advantage of.
3.Get pre,mid,and post cycle bloods.again, cheap tool we should take advantage of.
4.train harder, and eat cleaner. Should have hit up 3j.will do sometime in the future.

What you put into your cycle is what you get out.
Still making great gains 16lbs up,good strength gains,very vascular,aggression is still lower than usual.acne on my back is noticeable;not on my shoulders but mid back, where I can't reach. I suggest a loofa ona stick lol.oxy pads as well, they're great.

Some tips:

-Research common problems (know what to expect) while on cycle, while injecting,post injection etc. so you don't trip out every time you get a sore nipple,you bleed from injections sites,or you get bad pip.

-Don't forget to aspirate the needle.I think people forget to do this.

-Get good rest(which I'm not doing right now, but I get to sleep in tomorrow) Rest is underestimated.

-Every rookie wants to stack aas right away.I myself made that mistake. 500mg of test is supernatural,if you can't cut or bulk on that your training and diet are wrong.although I'm happy with my cycle, I don't know what difference the primo is making because I haven't run a test only cycle.

-Also , I've seen a lot of novices adding dbols to their first cycle.Dianabol is for experienced steroid users. The massive weight and strength gains can lead to injuries and other problems for people who have never run aas.Save it for later, test is powerful enough.

Another shot of Hcg today. Been noticing a smell of ammonia on my sweat and muscle fatigue is setting in quicker(no other symptoms). I drink a lot of water, so is this happening because of the increased nitrogen retention and/or too much protein/not enough carbs? still going to up my water consumption. Any feedback is appreciated.
 
Haven't been in the gym for a couple weeks,thought I was done with weightlifting. Been focused on fight training. Did chest and bis today and felt amazing, definitely gonna keep at it. Weighed in at 198 up 18 lbs. I know I could have gained more weight if I spent more time lifting, but this is my last physique oriented cycle. Going to focus on performance enhancing.

Nothing wrong with focusing on your goals. Keep up the good fight.

There is an issue with the site, all images uploaded are not displaying and it wont let you upload anymore, Only way is to use an image hosting site and link to it. There are a bunch of free ones that work well.
 
Thanks kaz. Im doing my last shot tomorrow. Going to keep taking ai till 4 days from pct. Would you suggest I drop and/or taper my ai dose or continue as is?
 
Continue as is no need to taper with such a short halflife on the compound and by the time you stop you shouldn't see anything but very minimal rebound estro if any at all
 
Alright. Thanks a lot. Was going to add 2 weeks but didnt want to deviate from the plan lol. Ive made my size and strength gains, time to focus on speed.
 
not going to do many cycles though just cycle and maintain.

How naive bro haha.. u rly think u will just do this one cycle ? or 2? once you start there is no stopping.. trust me, unfortunetaly (or fortunetaly) only 1 out of 10 guys are able to only do 1 or 2 cycles while the rest just keep doing even if its once a year or so :p


And another thing.. people dont know about this but unless u go Blast and Cruise u will always lose MOST of gains from every cycle and by most i mean like 60-80% no matter how good ur diet or training is and the funny part is that the gains will go away slow and u will gain a little fat and water so ur weight wont change much and u will think u only lost a little bit of ur gains :/

Sad thing.. i wish i knew about this before then i would have started Blast and Cruise years ago and not wasted my time or health with useless cycles lol

I didnt say Im going to do one or two cycles. I said im not going to do many. Im going to cycle, and cruise on GH, then cycle when I feel like I want to progress further. I dont think a person in this world thinks that 100% of steroid gains are permanent, but im happy to keep half my gains. I dont know about your diet and training my friend but if your losing 80% of your gains its time to give up.

Edit: I dont think I could gain more fat and water weight after coming off a bulking cycle.lol

Last shot was wednesday. Went to the gym yesterday morning and weighed in at 205lbs. I was really surprised, because I was up 5 lbs from the last time I weighed myself.:naughty:
