My First Cycle. Sustanon 250 and Primobolan Acetate.

I didnt say Im going to do one or two cycles. I said im not going to do many. Im going to cycle, and cruise on GH, then cycle when I feel like I want to progress further. I dont think a person in this world thinks that 100% of steroid gains are permanent, but im happy to keep half my gains. I dont know about your diet and training my friend but if your losing 80% of your gains its time to give up.

Edit: I dont think I could gain more fat and water weight after coming off a bulking cycle.lol

Id say you may keep 50% of ur gains from your first cycle but all the next cycles u will lose pretty much 70% at least unless u r a freak of nature with godly genetics which u r not so if u r so dellisuonal that u think u wont lose most of ur gains from each cycle then i think its time for You to give up or gain a little bit of experience in the field of steroids and cycling.. and gains just dont go like that.. they go slowly and u dont even realize but ok u'll see what i mean soon enough...

By the end of your second cycle u will realize u r almost at the same point u were in the end of ur first cycle then u'll be like "hmm rambo was right, time to start BC"

Your edit shows ur knowledge> Once u finish u will lose the water retention quite fast and u'll hit a certain weight then in the next couple of months u will start to lose ur gains (muscle) and at the same time u will gain some fat and water retention.. U probably wont even notice until a few months later cuz u will only "lose" like 3 pounds or so but in reality u will have lost like 5 pounds of muscle and gained 2 of fat and water or something like that.. just an example


I dont see why u need to be such a dick i was giving u constructive criticism and i wish someone told me what im telling u when i first started but i guess u dont want any advice.. u know too much to learn from anyone :/ im sorry for wasting ur time :(

How do you know I am not one of those people that only cycles one or two times? How do you know I dont have superb genetics? How do you know I am not satisfied with keeping 50% or even 20% of my gains? I am interested in performance enhancing, putting 25 lbs on my frame wasnt exactly great for speed and agility so I am actually excited to drop those extra lbs. I dont see how I was being a dick, merely stating that your training and diet must be sub par if you cant keep gains. Hit up 3j maybe he can teach you something. And "so naive bro" isnt constructive criticism lol.

I know cuz u posted ur pics and even though u have good genetics, u dont have shitty genetics but u dont have godly genetics orelse ud be black, bigger and more ripped without any steroids...

Well the naive part was a joke lol, im sorry if i sounded rude but it doesnt matter what ur goal is.. losing gains after a cycle is means losing muscle, agility, strength..

The fact is that your body requires X amount of hormones to keep Y amount of muscle (this muscle depending on which fibers is what will give u strength and agility) and once u finish ur cycle u just cant keep most of ur gains no matter what u do :/ cuz ur body wont be able to keep Y amount of muscle with ur natural hormone production

The reason u will hold on to more than half ur gains from ur first cycle is because usually u will reach 80-90% of ur natural limit in 1-2 years of hard training and the other 10-20% will take like 20 years to develop if u keep training hard... So lets just say that getting those next 10-20% is the hard part but ur body has enough hormones to KEEP that extra 10-20% of gains u havent achieved yet naturally... So basically what u will be doing in ur first cycle is reaching ur 100% natural genetic limit of muscle building or maybe a bit beyond and thats why most people dont lose much on their first cycle..

You obviously dont understand what im getting at here. Im not trying to maintain at +50 lbs natural weight. The fact that the first cycle is the most effective only supports my idea of not cycling much.Glad to hear you wont be coming back, lol.
 
9 days after my last pin. Looking more defined than last week, like I lost some water weight. Will put up post cycle pics asap. Did HCG half way through the cycle at 250iux2 p/w sub Q. Will be starting PCT in 8 days. Anyone have PCT experiences to share?
 
Before first pin and 10 days after last pin here guys.
Started around 180 and sitting at 201 Atm. Doesn't seem so dramatic to me in the pictures but definitely put on some quality mass here. Strength gains were dramatic and feeling really hard and vascular. Wish I could get some back and legs pics but this is all the gf would take. Flexing has become punishable by death in my household lol.

Size-up 21 lbs
Strength-20% to 50%
Aggression low to normal
Acne same. Except on my back. Had a bit more than usual

All in all I felt I had a great cycle. Worst thing to happen was a little nipple sensitivity. Pct not over but I'll pull through and post my experiences. Training was acceptable.I ate a lot of good food but also ate too much junk food.literally ate everything in my path. Need to show some more self control. Lol. Got to stop smoking weed and cut.

Thanks guys. Plan is to get on a maintenance diet. Start hgh and clen to maintain muscle and cut some fat. Working on speed and flexibility now.

Thanks bro. Still could have done more. Don't understand how rookies say they're disappointed with their first cycle, must've been bunk gear or they thought they're gna look like Arnold after one basic test cycle and shitty dieting. Lol.

Ha gotta laugh when you say that. They don't know what to expect and they think gear is a wonder drug. Most people don't understand that it take more effort and training and diet when you get on gear to have a good productive cycle. They don't realize what steroids do or should I say ONLY what they do. It's about diet, calories, training to achieve lean mass growth cause after a cycle that's what you have , the lean mass you have grown/produced by all that is involved.

The basic function of steroid is helping your body synthesize protein into muscle at a faster rate and the development comes with all the rest of the hard ass work. They don't know bout the effects of catabolic vs. anabolic.

Thanks man. Ya, too many people juicing think they can eat whatever they want and not workout. Typical dbol popping , mcdonalds eating kids that have never heard of a pct and then say steroids suck cause you lose all your gains lol
 
First day of pct. Weighed in at 200lbs today. Going to start hgh and clen soon. Would hgh or clen make any positive or negative difference if I start running it while on pct? I know gh doesn't start to shine until the 2nd month. Also getting help from 3j on my diet. His programs are to cheap to give up on and the most important part of my bridge/cut.
