hello, Im planning to start my first cycle soon. Here is my plan following on my research on web and friends.
Is it okay for 24yo 5.6ft, 165lbs guy.

week1-10 testE 250mg/wk + Deca 200mg/wk
week11-12 none
week13 Clomid(2days on 200mg/day, 5days on 50mg/day)
week14-16 Clomid(50mg/day)

Is it okay?
Should I add arimidex to my cycle?

Age 24 and you want to run what many of us run for TRT? Why are you shutting down your HPTA for this?

And you need to learn more about esters. Deca takes a lot longer to clear than Enanthate.

That's an awful cycle that could bring with it a lot of issues....

Go back to the 'Anabolic Steroid Forum' home page - and read through all of the stickies - you are a long way from being ready.

That is not a good cycle for a beginner. Testosterone. Just test.

YES!
testE 500mg/wk = 250mg twice the week
Arimidex 0.25mg every other day.

QUESTION is why you start Adex from day2?

Here is a perfect beginner cycle layout:

- Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 250 mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)
- Week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
- Week 1 to 14: Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)

Start adex at the beginning of the cycle. Day 2 would be fine.
