My first cycle(updating daily)

Unless your diet changed significantly from what you originally posted, the low calories combined with the (very) short cycle would explain the lack of much of anything happening bro

Next time, either plan the diet out ahead of time with an eye on your goal (gaining) or hire someone like 3J to do it for you

And honestly a six week cycle is not something I would ever bother with, minimal gains then six to ten+ weeks of recovery post-cycle...
 
So I'm about to finish my 6th week and I just want to say I'm very disappointed. When I started the cycle i also started to reverse diet. Figured the extra calories would assist in more gains. The first week I gained almost 5lbs mostly water. After that I've only gained a lb. I'm guessing after 6 weeks i only gained about 2 lbs of muscle. The only big diffrence was my vascularity, it's insane.
don't stop at 6 weeks man. fix up your diet and go another 4 weeks. it's not too late to make gains.

Yeah I'm doing a little over 6 weeks plus pct... My diet was on track to loose weight but I wanted to get the most out of it so i bumped up my calories... I did everything calculated to where my stomach actually looks like I lost fat... My shoulders amd arms look fuller now bcuz of the water I retained but that easy to loose... Next cycle I'm def doing some where between 8-10weeks plus pct... Thinking about test e... Ty for ur quick reply

if you're going to use test E for your next cycle, 10 weeks would be the BARE minimum you would want to run it. I'd shoot for 12-14 weeks to really get the most out of it.

general rule of thumb is: time on + pct = time off. so you were on for 6 weeks + 4 weeks of pct = 10 weeks until you can cycle again.
 
get on a good cutting diet, contact 3J's here to get some sound advice to get you cut and shredded.
