i dont want 2 put on fat. i want 2 get less or stay the same on fat.

at your weight if you cut now you'll be left with nothing.
you need to choose a goal and stick with it. (cut or bulk)

if you bulk in order to obtain muscle mass you need a diet with excess calories. most likely you will put on some fat.

you can try and bulk as clean as possible and cut later.

or perhaps take up swimming
 
what would be nice is a kind of placebo steroid that we could suggest to people like this
 
listen bro if you are serious about wanting to get as big as you say you have one option, EAT! honestly if i were you i would work on putting a meal plan together first and for most. trust me as an active athlete you are going to need calories that much more to grow! i would be sure and get at least four meals a day, and i would still throw in a good quality weight gainer in between meals. don't worry about adding fat right now, with you workouts you will be fine, unless you eat shit food but that's a whole other post! :) you are gona need the calories and as said above pick a goal, if you wana get big go at it 110% or you will not grow. trust me man i know how you feel when i was younger and fighting i wanted to get bigger so bad and just couldn't seem to do so. i trained right and took every supplement under the sun back then but nothing! finally i stopped worrying about "dieting" and started eating like i wanted to be big, and it worked! as for training just do you football routine but try to stay with heavy weight/ low reps, adding a pm workout will most likely just be over training! i know you will most likely do what you want regardless bro but trust the good advise on this board, if you start Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) now you are going to waste a lot of future potential! besides going right back to square one, nothing is going to work if your diet is not in check for your goals, including aas! good luck bro and i hope this helps!

same or less fat? you are 160 pounds and 6'1". you can gain a few pounds of fat and still get pussy. Gain 80% muscle and 20% fat and you'll increase your pussy yields.

I'm not ridiculing you. I was once 150 pounds and I was afraid of getting fat, also. But I finally figured out that gaining some fat was ok. I went from 150 to 190 naturally. I gained a little more fat, but women were very clear that they believes I looked much better.
 
well, thanks everyone. So how many calories and how many grams of each nutrient do i need 2 eat per day? if u guys could help me with that i can set my diet up myself. thanks 4 all the help

k, for my workout ill be doing my football team routine.
which we switch each work out every other day

Squats-245 3x12
push press- 135 3x12
shrugs- 225 3x12
bent over rows- 165 3x12
cleans- 205 3x12
stf deads- 135 3x12
jammer- 115 on each arm 3x12
pullups- for a set amount of time
push ups- set amount of time


then.... all 3x12 except snatch and clean above 3x6

Bench- 205
Jammer- same as above
snatch- 155
curls- 95
good mornings- 185
over head squat- 165
sit ups- set time
push ups- set time


I beleve i can do another lifting session in the pm.

you should ONLY be working otu EOD period. u grow when u rest and rapare not when u r lifting.
3 times a week 4 at the most! to bulk up. now if your tryin just loos the lbs then ya go ahead with every day.

Agreed! Mon, wed, fri for me. I like what the coaches have planned put but i would drop the reps to 5-8 for most exercises
