First shot went great! Had a little bit of a hard time getting the gear in the syringe. I couldn't suck the shit up. So I vented the vial with another needle and I got it ok.

I am such a dork, cause I didn't know I had injected it all. I kept pushing the plunger thinking it was jammed, then I realized I had shot everything. The needle went in so smooth its fucking crazy! I didn't feel a thing... but maybe cause I wasn't worried about pain before hand. My only concern was shooting in the right place.

I pulled with a 22g 1 1/2"
preped the area of injection (left delt) with an alcohol wipe
Wiped down the push needle (25g 1") with a wipe
Aimed, stuck, aspirated, pushed.

I had 2 tiny drops of blood on my delt once I pulled the needle out. I could do this all day cause I didn't feel a thing.

Next dose is on Wed in my right quad followed by 250iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in the gut!

Up until 2 years ago I was terrified by needles. I am proud of myself.
 
My diet will be low fat -under 100gs a day.
Very low sodium.
Medium high carbs.
High protein.

I will eat as clean as possibal. chicken, tuna, fish, rice, oatmeal, egg beaters, water, skim milk, RAW veggies, fruit. Thats pretty much all I plan to eat. Some bread and PB to. Protein sups, vites/mins, and lots of water!!!! At least a gallon per day.
 
try drawing a cc or 2 of air in the syringe before you put the needle into the vial , when you push the air out it pressureizes the vial and makes it a lot easier to draw the oil . also 18 or 20 work better for drawing with .

I did that. But when I stuck the needle in, all the air just left the syringe. And it was hard to suck the oil into the syringe once i got it in there. It was hard to measure the syringe because everytime I pulled the plunger up and released, it would just go back down. I had to put about 1 1/2 cc in the syringe so when the plunger went down, it would stop at a full cc. Also, it was hard to aspirate. The plunger didn't want to go upwards.

Today I woke up with a pretty noticeable strain under my right shoulder blade. I hope this doesn't mess up my cycle. My upper back day is Friday- if its still bad on Friday, I dunno what I will do. :(

I am starting to make my own gainer shakes since I am having a hard time eating as much food as I planned.
I want to hit at least 4000 cals a day, but only got 3818 my first day, and less than that yesterday. Now with these shakes, I should hit 4000 ED. 4500 would be great!
 
Fuck it. I guess I will stop the cycle since today would have only been the 2nd shot of an eod cycle. Better to stop at the beginning and play it safe than ignore my body and continue my cycle and have the symptoms get worst. I guess its better to stop the first week than half way thru...once I started seeing progress.

It kills me to stop since I was so excited to start. Maybe this will pass in a week or two and then I can start again. I don't want to stop, but I guess I should.

Its the area below my right shoulder blade. Aches when I breathe kinda deep, and with most movements. I know I can tollerate it, but what if I continue and it gets worst? I'm tempted to see.
 
2nd shot into my right delt. This time I had a little stream of blood come out when I took the needle out. Still had trouble pulling and pushing unless thats how its supposed to be?

I decided to wait and end the cycle if i am still messed up on Friday. I will just do a shit load of stretching.

Hope I made a good desician cause I don't want to end the cycle.
 
Workout was good. Blasted my pecs and tris. Stretched out my upper back by hanging on the pull up bar before and after my workout.

Not saying its the test, but I felt more pumped in my muscles this workout. Felt great! And my back didn't bother me.

I had a shitty experience last night


First let me state that since I was a kid I would get migraines that would knock me on my ass for about 2 days. Noise would hurt my head, any kind of light would effect my eyes, and I would throw up bile. This would happen about once a year. Since I hit my 20's, I havn't really had many migraines.

Anyways, last night at work I felt normal until my bottom lip started getting tingly, and the finger tips on my right hand started getting tingly. I thought that was really weird, so I went to sit down and keep track of what was going on. About 10 min later it stopped and I thought I was back to normal.

Well about 10 min after that I got a huge headache on the left side of my head and kept getting worst until my eyes were hurting to. I also felt like I had to throw up.

I decided that I could no longer work and was picked up. In the parking lot I threw up about 4 times, but it wasn't bile. Just food.

I felt weird because of my fingertips and bottom lip getting tingly. That wasn't cool at all, and for that short time it was hard to talk. My family thinks that there were a few times when I was younger that I had those tingly sensations before a migraine, so maybe it was. I had just eaten 2 pieces of wheat bread and a protein shake before I threw up, so that would explain why it wasn't bile if I threw up due to a migraine.

It might also be food poisoning since I ate some weird Japanese fast food yesterday. But that was like 8 hours before my episode.

I am assuming that it was a migraine since those are pretty normal for me. I am more aware of whats going on since I just started my first cycle last week and this made me a bit nervous.
