My first cycle

I have read and bookmarked a few stickies, but most of the information i am gathering suggests that nolvadex and clomid are very similar and that nolvadex is actually a little "heavier" than clomid. Could someone give their opinion on why nolvadex AND clomid are essitial for a test e only cycle? it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, this is a very silly I question.. My arimidex is 1mg/ml, in order to have a .25 dosage I would have about a 1/4 -1/2 a cc/ml, correct?? I know that is a super amature question..
