I am feeling more confident with the slin now. I did 4iu yesterday after legs and took in 75 gr's of dex with 50gr's of WPI and 20 gr's of creatine. Solid meal 45 mins. later and another 1 or 2 hours after that. Thursday I will hit back and bis and try 6iu, and Fri I hit shoulders and tris and try 8iu. Hopefully by next monday I will be at 10iu's..............
