My first serious recomp cycle

As a break from my usual diet, this is today's diet:

a few crispy strips and 3 types of salads (2 with beef and 1 with chicken breast)

going to eat just half of the rice there and the salads without the dry bread cruttons. Besides all of this, I'll just drink my 80gr protein shake. Will the tren demon be pleased today?

5th week started today. Starting to notice some small but visible physical changes in the overall aspect (looking a bit more lean and athletic) and fat loss continues slowly around my torso and midsection (still plenty left but at least I see its working). Strength is up some more. I feel great both pyhsically and mentally, motivated and looking forward to more changes. Compared to one month ago, the differences are obvious, at least that's what I see and others tell me. Diet is spot on, no temptation to cheat at all, only wanna eat clean. soon going to add GW-501516. It's a great day today.

You look like you may have lost some weight. To say you look lean or athletic is pushing it. You should lift weights.

Lost some weight (fat) and still losing by the day + my arms and chest are shaping up and are already bigger than my stomach. Results in a more aesthetic/pleasing look, this in just one month. Yea, maybe not lean or athletic yet , but it's going in that direction. Thanks for your opinion. Tren, my bulletproof diet and my training won't let me down. Just imagine what is possible when I'll add Cardarine to the stack. See you on my next month's pics.

Do you realize that you will likely NOT be happen with your results? You could of done so much more in terms of a recomp with 12 weeks of test to retain lean mass and a calorie deficit within the GYM. Sure you can knock out just about any body part with a dumbbell if you're creative but that's only considering you have access to an arrangement of dumbbells that will continue to challenge you.

I just cannot fathom why you laid so much on the line for such a badly planned cycle.... tren and var with no test on the first go? I'm just not tracking your reasoning besides fat loss. Well said compounds are well known for the ability to recomp and burn fat they're often used by people with much more experience with AAS, PCT, training diet... etc. Nor would any wise man run all this without test or hCG.

I hope you realize there is at minimum a 95% chance you're going to crash out super hard in PCT and bloat out badly likely losing anything you've gained. Also tren doesn't aromatize... you have no test in there or hCG as mentioned a billion times, therefor your natty test = OFF which means your e2 is going to be TANKED as well. A healthy e2 is optimal for mental and physical health just as testosterone. Your lipid profile is gonna be so terrible... and did I read 6 months? You serious want to run tren for 6 months with no test? I see why Gibsonator is riding you so hard.

Your posts are conflicting, one day you say you're losing weight and great progress the next day you say you're losing strength and getting fat... this is because your hormones are shot bro. You have no test, no e2 and likely depleted t3... this couldn't be any worse honestly. I've been reading first cycle posts for 2 years on here and this may yet be the greatest one of all, of course that's the best of the worst category.
