My first serious recomp cycle

I read almost every post in every page and I was screaming inside the whole time, what is going on here????

Do you realize that you will likely NOT be happen with your results? You could of done so much more in terms of a recomp with 12 weeks of test to retain lean mass and a calorie deficit within the GYM. Sure you can knock out just about any body part with a dumbbell if you're creative but that's only considering you have access to an arrangement of dumbbells that will continue to challenge you.

I just cannot fathom why you laid so much on the line for such a badly planned cycle.... tren and var with no test on the first go? I'm just not tracking your reasoning besides fat loss. Well said compounds are well known for the ability to recomp and burn fat they're often used by people with much more experience with AAS, PCT, training diet... etc. Nor would any wise man run all this without test or hCG.

I hope you realize there is at minimum a 95% chance you're going to crash out super hard in PCT and bloat out badly likely losing anything you've gained. Also tren doesn't aromatize... you have no test in there or hCG as mentioned a billion times, therefor your natty test = OFF which means your e2 is going to be TANKED as well. A healthy e2 is optimal for mental and physical health just as testosterone. Your lipid profile is gonna be so terrible... and did I read 6 months? You serious want to run tren for 6 months with no test? I see why Gibsonator is riding you so hard.

Your posts are conflicting, one day you say you're losing weight and great progress the next day you say you're losing strength and getting fat... this is because your hormones are shot bro. You have no test, no e2 and likely depleted t3... this couldn't be any worse honestly. I've been reading first cycle posts for 2 years on here and this may yet be the greatest one of all, of course that's the best of the worst category.

I really understand your points and acknowledge my mistakes that you described. I know they're mistakes and unnecessary risks. However, I currently feel and look amazing. I have ZERO side effects , only benefits and positives. Every bad effect I described previously is inexistent now.. gone completely. I feel like a god, I am looking better by the day and leaning down ( a lot of my mid section and torso fat has been seriously devoured in just one month and especially in the last week, palpating my tits feels less like a tit, love handles feel smaller by the day, my previously bulging belly flab has turned into just a abdominal adipose layer getting smaller by the day etc) and my muscles start to take shape better and better and I generally look more hard, defined and in a good shape. I feel like a panther and the mirror and the compliments I get don't lie. My mental health , motivation, energy and everythign else is through the roof and up to Mars since 3 days ago (since Tren started to show its effects).

Heck, I'm feeling euphoric. It was how it was before because Tren needed at least 5 weeks to start its effects (its Tren E) and I wasn't convinced the gear is legit so I had my ups and downs, but right now it started to show its power and its transforming my whole body and mind. I just am in such a unique and lovely mood, my confidence and libido are high as well. This is the real deal, I'm feeling and seeing it. I am really happy how it currently goes and Im very strict with my diet. So just tell me what should I do to retain all my gains and benefits once I stop, besides train hard at the gym and eat properly ? Run test, HCG, clomid, do nolva? What can I possibly do to keep my shape? I'll eat babies if I have to or get a balls transplant. I seriously never felt better than now in my entire life and by the direction it goes, I'll soon look better than I ever looked.

thanks for the humor buddy, but no need for ironies. I think i'm just looking much better than before, not phenomenal under any definition. The only conclusion that can be drawn is that things are going right. there is no need to tell me what i want to hear, just your simple, honest opinions will suffice, be it criticism or postitives. we're all trying.

Man... I dunno how to break it down for you really. In the end what it truly boils down too is cost versus reward, and yes tren may get you your reward quicker but sometimes things earned faster are lost easier especially when proper precautions are not taken.

First off tren is highly suppressive and the strongest anabolic out there, you combined it with var... so you jumped on the strongest injectable out there in your first dabble. You may feel like a god right now but you can take a huge swing tomorrow or the day after, you're gonna start to feel different day to day and some days wont be good. By not running a test base you're hindering results significantly. Also you need to understand testosterone helps burn fat as well, yes not as good as tren but it still works, and well var is known to help abdominal fat that information is minimal but either way its a mild compound. Test alone is always the first cycle, this allows you to feel what large amounts of androgens do to you. Any AAS will shut off your natural product of test as well because in the end everything is actually a derivate of test in one way shape or form.

You could of easily ran test-e/c (500mg) for 12 weeks, hCG 250iu at twice a week up until a day before PCT, an AI of choice (lets say adex for sake of post) at .5mg EOD because of your body fat level and adjust with mid cycle labs, and then 2 weeks after your last shot of test clomid at 100/100/50/50 and nolva at 40/40/20/20... if you're sensitive to clomid then you can lower the dose if needed. That's all you need to retain lean body mass and that's your best chance of reaching your goals, if you bust your ass on 12 weeks of test and diet properly it will be night and day difference at the end with minimal cost and minimal side effects.

Right now for you it's to late to even bother with test unless you run prop and extended your cycle which I do not suggest to extend this at all, but then again you mentioned tren for 6 months. In all seriousness do you really plan on doing this? It's highly unadvisable from a physical health stand point. Tren is the mack-daddy of AAS and this isn't without cost, it is indeed harder on your body then testosterone. Also the longer you run androgens the harder it will be to recover your natural T production.... after 6 months of tren I would advise you to seek out a TRT doc a few weeks after PCT is over because you will need it.

There's also the whole concept of you not knowing how to maximize your cycle and this is because you're new to training, and that's okay man we all start somewhere. There's no point in running the strongest and harshest injectable AAS when you're still learning about your diet and training routine. I would seriously be so concerned what 6 months will do to your cardiovascular system.

I know you're not going to stop... so all you can do after 6 months of tren is blast hCG then run an extensive 6 week PCT and hope for the best, that's it.

If you decide to stop sometime soon then run a standard 4 week PCT, then wait at least a few months and run the test cycle I outlined with proper training in a GYM.

Did you get pre cycle labs? Planning to do mid cycle labs? Ever check your lipid profile at all?

What's your history on training and physical fitness endeavors?

1.5 years of training in a gym (long time ago) and 1 year of training at home with dumbbells. i am going to the gym on tuesday, next week and will train there using a 5 week split.
depending on the results, I might stop tren even at 4 months, if i'm satisfied with how I look. This is not my first cycle, it's the third in my life. My diet is SPOT ON, no mistake there.
Any recommendations on a 5 day training split for use with my cycle or any from the net should do?
Considering how well I respond and how nicely my bodyfat is melting so far, do you think adding cardarine to the current stack and cutting for 2 more months with a strict diet and training get me lean or close ? what are the chances?

Thank you very much. Yes, I am taking this thread seriously actually, this is no joke for me and I am taking things here into consideration when making my decisions and it also feels good to have a place where to share my progress, my photos, my issues, doubts and questions. And sure, make a few friends on the way. I like the idea of having a important life event like a human being's transformation written down in a online log where everyone can check and I can look back and see what I did right or wrong. This tren experience is emotional for me.. because this is the first time in my life that I actually see my body lose fat effectively and take a attractive shape. It means more than it looks for me. All my life I've been rejected because of how I looked and saw others find happiness while I isolated myself. This is changing now. I mean I fucking love the smart omnipotent tren demon.. gives me wings. I'm starting to care more about myself and love myself more than I ever did.

I actually gave pizza a kick in the butt and chose fingers, which are supposedly a healthier choice. I doubt they're going to make my belly flab creep up back on me. But wanna hear your opinion.

Sure, as can be easily seen in the photos, it's just about 4 or 5 fingers. That's protein. and some carbs.. well maybe unhealthy carbs but still nothing to get upset about or point fingers at. The Tren demon and everything else I do takes care of all things.
