My first serious recomp cycle

Just finished a hard ass circuit training today, was out of breath and lacked any power to speak and barely moved at the end. I feel so confident and powerful and full of energy, I went shopping and it was a pleasure. Just want to get out and explore all places and see all chicks. Definition in arms apparent in the gym mirrors. I just like how my life is going on now.
 
Today's food/routine:

2 salad boxes with beef/eggs/feta/green beans/olives/mushrooms/baby spinach - no dressing, no other stuff
later tonight - 100gr shake of weider protein (best tasting yummy protein i ever used, tastes like Nesquick. you wanna eat it with your hands)
75gr of cooked turkey ass.
Maybe some low fat yogurt.

Unfortunately I had to give up on rabbit liver and livers in general, as there's no more to be found.

Protein intake today will be lower to keep in line with kcal deficit.. (below 180gr) but what the hell, it's not even low. There's only so much you need to keep your muscle mass.

Will do 20-25 mins of stationary bike steady rate light cardio just as a filler. Today I got off from the gym, tommorrow resuming.

Pinned 200mg Test P today.
Still feeling excellent, god-like, looking pretty good. I love looking women in the eyes and checking them out. I feel like I could have a woman pretty easily if I would go out.
Sleep was not so excellent (woke up during night time).

I tried 5gr of creatine monohydrate the day before yesterday before I got to the gym and when I got back home I had a huge pregnant woman belly, I was bloated as fuck. I was so depressed. Stopped taking it,drank lots of water, pissed a lot and I'm back to normal now. phew.

All fine otherwise. Oh, I also finished my GW bottle. Fuck...

Like the confidence! I know it makes a huge difference in how well my workouts go! If my head is in the toilet, it's hard to do anything!

Indeed. But also there's the case, like it happened to me, I went to the gym anxious and stressed at first and when I finished my very hard training and got out I felt literally like a god. I felt as the boss of everything. Euphoric,energetic,confident,sexually aroused. I even walked and watched like a fucking panther.

it will assist you in shedding some of that extra poundage around your waist. worked wonders for me when i needed it. orange flavor is my fav,
