My first serious recomp cycle

Nice. but at your physique, even eating 10 pizzas a week , you'll stay lean. Especially on cycle. But i'm not you, nor will I ever be. I just have to know what I'm doing and be careful so I can obtain a attractive physique.

Last question for tonight: With this diet what can I expect in terms of the effectiviness of burning fat while simultaneously building LBM from the Tren + Var ? is it possible to do both? Or I can expect to see mostly just fat loss and minimal to no muscle gain. ie. get flat and uninterstesting like a school boy.

its hard to build muscle while on a hypo-caloric diet . however , if your somewhat of a newbie to training , then you can do both at the same time , especially with Tren and its nutrient partitioning capabilities .
if your really serious about putting on LBM while burning fat though ,, you need to get a real training protocol put together with lots of heavy compound movements, NOT just dumbbell and body weight stuff at home
 
yes its a starting point . some guys may think the carbs are too low , but you work a desk job and are somewhat sedentary and your workouts are home workouts , so you don't need a ton of fuel to fuel heavy grueling workouts.

if after a few weeks you stall, and you need to cut calories a bit more , you can cut them from fats by simply going to eggs whites in the morning instead of whole eggs, or going to lean chicken instead of pork

Yes, I've been training at home for about 1 year so far. So I guess i'm a newbie. Perhaps Tren will help me do both, if not , the worst case scenario that I plan would be like this: cut until i'm satisfied with the body fat and then up the calories and continue with a clean bulk , while still on Tren (but workout at the gym).

I'm 4 weeks in Tren E atm. When should I start seeing positive phsysical appearance changes in the mirror?

Prob not till you complete this cycle and run another, assuming you stay consistent with your diet and get ur ass into a real gym where you can lift your face off
 
Still takes time man... it's like for those of us who were keeping a strict workout/diet regime for years and then could not get any stronger or physically improve as you would expect the body should, well aas basically helps the body do what it should've been. But it still takes time. That's my viewpoint on the matter at least.

well, it's a fact, I have no doubts about that. Just wondering when should Tren E improve my appearance though. In the past year , I've been training at home as I do now but I used some bunk gear based around d-bol and test and still managed to blow up and look pretty good in around 1 month after I started (mainly water weight though). But this time I am not just using legit gear, I am using Tren. So that's why I'm wondering. If with fake/underdosed gear of lesser potency compounds I managed to get some visible physical changes that myself and others easily noticed, right now there's so much more reason to. And back then, I used to eat burgers with fried chips as the basis of my diet. Go figure. Still looked pretty good, women liked it, friends liked it. So right now I should get to look and perform twice as good as then.. hopefully. Hope in another 1-2 weeks Tren will start lifting me up and showing me that it works. It's no joke, I'm simply running the Holy Trinity : Tren + Var + GW501516. Fat should be murdered. Oh, Holy Tren spirit, show me your power.

just woke up. my belly is bulging out more and more while on tren... and my pecs and upper torso are getting dryed and deflated to nothing. so the conclusion is.. tren + diet = I look like Donald. dissapointing.

I just fed myself some generous carb meals and I started feeling and looking much different.. like a man. Maybe tren without carbs for me means no muscle, no strength, being weak and being flat. Strangely, after eating so much food now (until I couldnt eat anymore and my stomach was filled) my belly has whitdrawn back and looks more flat. When I woke up I was looking like a baloon. In my case, Tren malfunctions without eating enough calories and carbs. Think eating at deficit is bad & I should eat a surplus. Bye bye cutting and diets.

Its a personal experiment after a couple years you will be your own personal expert. Main things too be careful is always run test keep it moderate when you have high bf. Use ai until you know your body, never let blood pressure get out of hand and get bloodwork on your journey and be careful the advise people give you especially without knowing you

Yes, true. But it's just amazing how the Tren machine doesn't like me trying to get lean on my own by cutting cals and carbs . This is against many widespread and de-facto concepts. It's like "hey boy, don't you dare cut your calories and diet and let me without work to do or I'll make you look and feel like a small and scared school girl. If you wanna be a man and want me to evolve your body to be sexy, give me food. eat everything in sight or i'll fck you up. you don't wanna play with me" The Tren machine is satisfied only when it's in high gear by processing lots of food. Note to self: never jump on the weighst after finishing big meals. They'll come back up.

Not that i ever cut but i really believe tren shines in a calorie surplus. Ive tried limitimg carbs and end up looking flat as hell and feelimg like crap. Tren also loves heavy weight you really need to get to a gym.

I will go in a few weeks to a gym. Just want to see this thing starting to show its power, that will motivate me. I won't keep it unsatisfied after.
