My first serious recomp cycle

You got that pizza, didn't you... lol

Didn't eat pizza, I ordered some normal food like: beans with sausage / a plate with a few varied meat pieces / beef soup / pork stew with potatoes and white bread, together with some pickles. Ofcourse, I ate those and cut the rest of my diet out for today except the whey protein shake and whey bar. The Tren machine should be pleased hehe.

I am hurt that you cannot call pizza normal food. Whats more normal than pizza? a properly prepared or ordered pizza has all the food groups in one.
those beans and sausage do look tasty though :)

Pizza is food on overdose. I mean, if you eat pizza you get fat. There's too much of everything. When I said normal food I prefered to refer to more simple , less caloric food that people use to eat every day. But yes, the things I ate today were definitely good enough. Although a pizza would have been tastier. Hmm.. is it true that due to prostaglandin increase tren burns fat? or is it a myth? I saw it said in many cases.

good points. I respectfully and most kindly cannot agree with you on your comment that, "if you eat pizza you get fat..."
I know a hell of alot of girls who eat pizza all the time and they dont seem to get any phatter than usual. ;) :moon:

but all kidding aside, the pizza before going to sleep is dynamic and has worked in the past for many but i learned the hard way to keep a glass of water with some vinegar bedside just in case the grease in the pizza decides to take a trip up your windpipe and give you a rude and breathless awakening.

The first thing I learned when starting dieting years ago was that I no longer get to enjoy food, at least nowhere near how I did before. You have to figure what can you afford, what's easiest to prep, what fits the macros for your goal. Food becomes nothing more than fuel. Bummer, but you get used to it. I went from 285 lbs down to 205 in 3 years, then slowly back up to 230 and stayed there for 2 year until recently. So nowadays I eat the same food just more of it and included shakes for this cycle to help hits my cals. I switch it up as much as possible but more or less it's the same. I sit there eating my meals at work with no enjoyment whilst my coworkers are always eating in n out and shit like that.

You still enjoy food. You have cheat meals. Dick is filling, satisfying and low cal.
Hey OP- try a dick or two.

Just hit a squat pr I was imagining drinking a bunch of dick shakes while sitting down on more dicks. Thanks bro!

Would tren administered for 6 months in 400 mg / week doses + test 100 mg / week transform me compeletely into a beast? (If i train at the gym and eat in surplus) ? Yes, I know it's a long period and there could be internal damage, but so far I am very tolerant to this compound, basically zero side effects. Just tell me your opiniion about the magnittude of tren effects that can happen in 6 months of continued administration. Could there be incredible physical changes?

No. Dude. You want to use tren for 6 months with a trt dose of test? Ur trippin. I don't even think u should be using at all. You don't even lift. I have never heard of anyone going on a cycle and working our with a couple dumbells at home that's just crazy. You have no idea how hard you should be pushing yourself with proper weights/equiptment. I'm thinking you wouldn't even know what to do with them if you walked into a gym. I fuckin kill myself 6 days a week lifting heavy to make gains, ur talking about turning into a beast by taking tren and trt test and lifting 45 lb dumbells?? Jesus christ. Stop.

I know 90% of what to do in a gym, I trained there 1.5 years before working out at home and if i don't recall something correctly, I'll know how in one or two weeks from the moment I get back. It's not rocket science. Also you should read again what I said, you are missing the important and obvious points that I make and only reading and understanding what you want. Stop twisting my words, I see it's a general tendency here. I said if i go to a gym, that was the basic condition, i'm not stupid to stay at home half a year on tren and waste my money, time and health on that. I already know it would be generally great using it while working out at the gym, getting big and shredded, was looking for more varied opinions on tren use in the long-term, from those who used it for such long periods. Simple as that.
