Hello there! I am a newby member :)

Basically I will be starting my first steroid cycle. I will inject only testosterone propionate 3ml every week. (1ml 3 times a week)

Here are my stats:

Age: 18
Gym: 1 year
Goal: Bulk up
Height: 187
Weight: 65kg
Bodyfat: low, visible 4 pack

Since it is very difficult for me to gain weight, i decided to start my first course. Here are some roid stats:

Type: Testosterone Propionate
Duration: 6 weeks
Dose: 3ml a week
Eating: Plenty of protein, healthy fats and carbs, 6 meals a day
Rest: Plenty of sleep :)
Training: 5 days a week

Please need your opinion, and how much I would gain.

Best Regards!

i'd recommend you stay off the gear bro. steroids shouldn't be used because it is "tough to gain weight."

reason being if you can't gain weight without steroids, you won't be able to keep any weight you MAY gain on cycle (if you can't gain off you probably won't gain or gain as much on.)

you're still mad young bro.... learn how to eat and train right (you don't need to be training 5 times a week) and you can see nice gains steadily for the next few years.

what are your goals? how much do you push and pull on the core lifts (squat/deadlift/bench)?

you need to get strong to get big. as you get stronger your joints will too, but if you jump on gear without a good base of strength the strength gains will probably put way too much strain on your joints. just asking for injury.... there are just way too many reasons why you shouldn't do steroids at this point in your life bro.

You have only been at the gym 1 year.
Your only 143lb.
And you find it hard to gain weight....

Steroids aren't majic.
The only work with what you give them.
You eat like my fiancée that why your not going to gain weight.
You have only been training for a year no where near the experince required.

Results....nothing but small balls and damaged HTPA system for fuck all.

Thanks for your answers. When i started training i gained 5kg of muscle in a year and lost 2kg of body fat.

My goal is to stay lean and gain quality muscle - not fat.

I can not perform squats or deathlifts since i had a back injury

Testosterone propionate retains an amount of water, your joints get lubricated thus stronger.
