My first test cycle, should be set, just want to verify

I'm looking to start an 8 wk low dose test prop cycle to help bulk. I've read around, done my research. I just want to make sure that I'm not missing anything before I start.
Say anything you want, I'm looking for any and all input.

27 years old, 6'1" 190 lbs.

100mg for the first week, ramping up to 300mg week 2-7, week 8 is 100mg on into a PTC.
AI: .25mg Anastrazole at every other day.

Diet (currently on, but will be ramping it up in the cycle)
morning: 1 whole wheat toast, MusclePharm CLA, Oxy Elite
Meal 2: 30g protein bar
meal 3: 2 chicken breast (10-12oz total)
meal 4: 2 scoops 25g protein (50g total)
meal 5: 1 chicken breast (6-8oz)
Pre workout like c4 or whatever I have at the time, along with BCAA
Post: 4 scoops Cyto Gainer, 1 Popsicle
Meal 6: 2 chicken breast (10-12oz total)
meal 7: 1/2 cup cottage cheese

Questions:
1. With such a short and low dose cycle, should I bother with an AI?
edit: going to take .25mg Anastrazole EOD
2. How does my diet look? Should I increase intake?
edit: looks like I should increase overall intake. Any builder knows the importance of sugar in a post,... Popsicle :) haha

Dude leave those supplements in your closet and eat real food. You don't grow on protein shake bro. Also don't ramp up and down on dosages. Pick a dose and start with it and end with it. Get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to be sure. Everyone is different and just a little bit if test can convert to estrogen.
 
Definitely have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), (adex .25mg eod as needed), and dont bother with ramping the dosage of tapering. 100mg is less or about equal to what your body is already producing. Especially the tapering, prop is only in your system for about 3-4 days anyway, so just keep the dosage at 300mg(honestly should be at least 400mg) the whole time and after your last pin, wait 3 days and then begin PCT.

I agree with above, should only have like 2-3 protein shakes a day, one whey shake post workout and one casein shake before bed. I would really try to have a bigger meal to start the day. I know it is hard to eat first thing in the morning ,especially a big meal, but it is really important to feed you body immediately upon waking to keep growing. To answer your question, yes, you need to add at least another 1000 calories and honestly some more fatty food. You said you wanted this to be a bulk cycle, with your diet set up as you posted, definitely not a bulking cycle. For a bulking cycle, you need to EAT, more red meat, some more quality fats etc.

hahahahahaha im sorry bro, but really? iifym so its fine, its just that i rarely think of someone on cycle eating a popsicle. like above said, your diet could use some work, try to add more real foods instead of shakes and powders. also, could you include the macro content of your diet too? can't really calculate it out since i dont how much calories are in your powder/gainer etc
 
If youre hoping for an insulin response from the sugar in the popsicle, you're going to need more than just 1 popsicle. hahah And you should wait alittle after you have your protein shake to have the Popsicle because it take protein about an hour to spike in your system and it only takes a simple sugar about 30 mins(if i'm remembering correctly) , goal is to spike them at the same time.

Thats exactly what I do. Pre is as I'm walking out of the gym, Popsicle is a bit after I get home.

Anyways, enough about my popsicle. I'll be ramping up more meats and natural foods in my diet.
Is there anything else that I should watch for?

My PCT:
5-7 days after last injection start SERM treatment.
clomid 50mg every day for 4-6 weeks.

Nobody mention 8 weeks is too short? minimum 12. preferably 15

I'm not looking to do anything big with this cycle. I'm just testing the waters to see how my body reacts and how I like it. Thats why I'm keeping the dose low and the time short.
