my gains

Just got my profile done at my gym. I have gained approx 25lbs of solid muscle in 1 yr and a couple mths. I know this is a good thing, but is it real good or average.
The trainer who did my profile said it's real good, but his opinion is alittle bies.

The only things I take are FOOD (lots of food), protien, creatine, glutimine, Z-mass, and vitimans (multi, c and E)
