You can dose it a few hours before. Some take low dose daily for other benefits in addition to the "fun ones". for example low dose daily use lowers BP and helps symptoms of an enlarged prostate.
Low dose daily dosage is 5mg.

I've been doing 10mg M/W/F - half life long enough or should I break them into quarters and do ED?

It's 30mg per ml, I'd start with 5 or 10mg at the most... 1/6th to 1/3rd standard 1ml oral syringe.

Make sure you thoroughly shake the bottle first or the dose may be unpredictable.

I was hoping to find a generic answer in here. I just bought some of this stuff for my girl and I's 3 year anniversary. I want it to last all weekend! I'll have to try it out a weekend or two before to gauge how long before to take it.

I read somewhere you should keep it cold? Is there any truth to that?

If it is in liquid form, keep it in the fridge. Helps it last longer.

Just take it about 3 hours before you want the fun to begin. She can take it too. Try about 10mg your first time. If that goes well, try 20mg the next time. Higher doses can cause a runny nose and headache.

Lots of guys also take 5mg daily which is good for many reasons. One of them being erections.


P.S. the doses I gave you are in milligrams, NOT milliliters.
