High protein pancakes
1 cup flour
4 egg yolks
7 egg whites
2/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Whisk flour, egg yolks, sour cream, milk, salt, sugar, and vanilla until batter is smooth.
2. Beat egg whites until they're very stiff, then stir them into the batter.
3. Cook in frying pan, use non-stick cookin' spray.
4. Top pancakes with fresh fruit.
