My most muscular photos over the years.I havent one recently but im better now.lol.Anyway i decided to compete this year for the first time.Im 25 weeks out.I have plantly of time
 
holy shit veins galore. you have like no body fat, that's pretty impressive.

what was your diet and workout routine like when you were the most muscular? how many calories, how many grams of protein/fat/carbs did you intake each day? were there any foods you avoided to look like that? did your workouts consist of mostly maxing out, or maxing out with lower weight super sets, and did you incorporate any cardio and if so how many minutes and what kind? please be as descriptive and specific as possible so I can get an idea of what you were doing to look like this. Thanks! :)
