My new split proposal - Opinions?

For the past month I have been doing a 2 day split with chest/shoulders on day 1, Back/Legs on Day2

I have pushing myself to the max on my deads lately and on Saturday I just couldn't do my squats right because I was still dead from my deads. I suppose this means I have to move to a 3 day split. I will still lift 3 days a week, but the frequency at which I hit each group will be down, which I don't like :( Say I hit my legs Monday, by friday they are good to go again, but I don't want to go beyond 3 days a week because my CNS will be fried most likely.

Anyways, here's my plan:

Day 1:

Squats
Leg Press
SLDL
Calf Raises
Abs (Needsize's ab routine)


Day 2:

Bench
Rack Press
Dips
Military Press
Tricep Pressdown
Rotator cuff exercises

Day 3:

Deadlift
Rack Pulls
Good Mornings
Seated Row
Pulldown
Cable Curls
Calf Raises
Abs (Needsize's ab routine)

Looks a little unbalanced, I may throw some arm work in on day 1 because my arm recovery is great. Also I may consider doing day 2 as a 4th day every other week or something as my chest is lagging. I'll have to feel that one out though.

Any an all suggestions welcome.
