Ok, 32 days till i start... i decided to post it here already because it will make it seem like it is closer...:D i want to do updates here too...
wk 1-13 500mg test Enan
wk 1-12 500mg Eq
wk 1-4 40mg Dbol
using Proline EQ and Proline Enanthate, both 500mg/ml... Dbol is Peru Tech...heard great things...only thoughts i have is that if i am still gaining strong towards the end, i will extend the Eq till week 15 and the test to week 16...But most likely i will stick with this...Thanks to everyone who helped me out when i was asking about this, and getting opinions about it...can't wait to start...main reason im wating till Jan is because from the 20th-24th im going on a trip where i will be drinking alot...and then new years eve is alot of drinking and i don't want to be doing that on my cycle, so it will be out of the way...

got back from the snowboarding trip... my diet went to shit for the last week and a half or so... got the flu before the trip, still have some congestion and cough... gonna try and get back on track and feel good before i start the cycle... probly gonna start a few days into january
 
started today... tried to give myself a shot in my right quad but it hurt like a bitch half way through, has someone give me the shot in my left quad... now my right one is sore and my left isn't... weird.... he showed me how to do it better so will give it a shot on sunday...

a few days in... nothing much yet, not expecting it 3 days in... but did back and forearms yesterday and my forearms were swollen...loved it...i can feel it starting up, im up like 5lbs but i don't consider that part of my gains because i started 5lbs lighter than i was a few weeks ago...post more when strength and size start coming in...
 
18 years old... did one cycle but it was kinda screwy(basically it was 400mg test for 10 weeks, but i think half the gear was fake and other things were fucked too, its a long story) and i didn't adjust my diet correctly... im 5'7'' 170lbs 13-14%BF
 
you don't need all that at your age and size. why not the test and eq, leave the orals for next time.
 
i want that quickstart... i want to get going right away... my first cycle i felt most of my gains were from the dbol, and the test kind of solidified them... but some of the test might of been fake... i know i jumped up from my first cycle to this one, but im not gonna jump up again from this cycle to the next one... gonna stick with 3 compounds at moderate doses...
 
i didn't mention it yet, but i am dropping the var for this cycle... gonna save it for my next cycle of test/tren enan/var...so i will correct it up top...

I will tell you this, i ran 40mg of dbol last year and it was too much. I would drop it too 30, as long as it is good dbol that will be more than enough, trust me. If i ever run dbol again it will 20mg.
 
i will drop it down to 30mg if it is too much.... for sure... the only reason im doing 40mg is because my first cycle i did 30-35mg for 6 weeks and wanted to start bumping it up towards the last 2 weeks... this time im only doing it for 4 weeks and i want to see how 40mg does... i don't react that strongly to it...
 
almost a week and a half in... lifts didn't go up yet, but are alot more solid... kinda worried about proline... ive heard nothing but good things about em, until a few days ago... was told that the high dosed gear was tested underdosed... by alot.... like the 500mg enth was tested at 258mg or something... well, we'll see how this goes...too early to tell anything from the test or EQ yet...
 
feeling real solid... vascularity is already starting to go up which is nice... i know i gained some good weight... i can't wait to weigh myself on friday... post back with results this weekend... next week i'll start posting my lifts and all that...

damn, im pissed, but im also not...
bad news is im only at 173lbs... which is only up 3 lbs??? WTF... but i look bigger, and feel alot fuller...so i don't know what to think... i got CRAZY pumps today, doing back... almost couldn't bend my arm enough to do lat pull downs... could feel my pulse strong as fuck in my bicept... also forearms felt like they were gonna explode, and still do as i type... im gonna try and up my protein, cause ive been getting enough calories but lacking some protein, some days i don't even hit 250g... here is what im looking to do...(breakfast now is just a shake cause i don't have my car right now, got broken into :mad: so im waiting on shit... but starting in a few days...anyway)
Meal 1 Protein shake and 2 Bacon egg and cheese Mcriddles
Meal 2 Grilled cheese sandwich and peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and 2 cups chocolate milk (don't drink regular milk...)
Meal 3 chicken pot pie or chicken breast... and 2 cups choc. milk
Meal 4 3 Arbies roast beef and either 2 cups milk or protein shake
Meal 5 Chicken pot pie or Chicken breast and brown rice
Meal 6 Shake before bed
so thats about 320 + G protein and more than enough Cals... right now im doing about that but less milk, no mcriddles, and a little less chicken... what i needed to do which i never did till just now is write out some shit like this so i can follow it, im always looking through the cabinets at home 10 times a day seeing what to eat...anyway...let me know some comments... i don't give a fuck if they are flames or good advice...
Note: the chocolate milk i make so it only has 9G of sugar per cup...except for the ones in meal 2, they have like 30g...but its all i can get in between classes...
