K I'm still trying to bounce back from thanksgiving.I ate ungodly amounts of food the last two days and haven't done a thing.Tomorrow all leftovers go in the trash and back on the wagon.I had so much food leftover its sickening.The struggle is real lol.

My osta log is over.I really liked this product Pumps were great sense of well being was my favorite. I still would compare it to h drol from without the sides.Anyway a good substitute if you don't want to use hormones that will suppress you
