i read on the container it comes in 7lbs in one week..lol i tought yea right..so i am half way into my second week and i have increased strenth gains across the board "in every workout". i have put on 8 lbs from 159 to 167...i am sure it is just water but damn it helps my clothes fit better...anyways i have heard alot of negative things on here about it but man i have tried lots of things but never seen such results in so little time.

Cell Tech = Creatine + ALA + Dextrose + Flavour

You can buy all those ingredients for 1/2 of the price of Cell Tech.

DPSnutrition.com sells a product called "synthesize" that has everything cell tech has (and then some) for a fraction of the cost.

I used cell tech, it works, but as stated above you can get the same results for way less money. Take that savings and invest in some whey protein.

I got similar results my first time using creatine almost a decade ago just mixing it with grape juice. It's not at all uncommon to experience pretty dramatic results your first time using creatine.

i think i may go make to monohydrate over the cee...i never really got bloated and i remember gains from the mono...which i have yet to see from cee

Monohydrate kills my apetite and make me feel kinda crappy.

CEE tastes bad, but once it's down the hatch I don't have any negative side/feeling after.

I got this info from the gaspari nutrition website... creatine gluconate is the way to go....

Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) uses the ethyl ester to deliver the creatine into the bloodstream (and it does this very well) but when the molecule splits into ions, you are left with creatine (good) and ethyl alcohol/ethanol (not so good). There is no "afterburner" affect to push the creatine into the muscle cells faster or with more "force". The creatine "gets into the muscle cells" at less than an optimal or maximal rate. But with Creatine Gluconate, the glucose is the delivery system. It is absorbed well from the GI track into the bloodstream and when "the split" occurs, you end up with creatine and glucose (much better than alcohol) and glucose causes a nice insulin spike to help push itself, along with the creatine, into the muscle cells with "more force" and much faster
