Some of you may have seen me post some gear porn a few months ago, I was planning a test, tren and var cycle. A few weeks ago I was planning to start the run and contracted a food born bacterial infection, which left me with debilitating vomit an diarrhea. It got to a point of being put on iv fluids and antibiotics. For almost a week I had maybe a few bowls of soup and some crackers. After 2 weeks out of the gym and no food, I lost around 10 pounds and several inches off my measurements. Before I got sick I happened to place another order for test and decca just to keep in my stock for a future cycle. I decided to save the tren and var for another time when I have a better base built back up. I have worked with 3J in the past and have just signed up again, so my diet will be good to go with him. Here are my stats as well as the fasting pic I sent 3J, no flex or pump. All of these stats as well as the pic were taken for 3j my first day getting back to normal training and dieting.

Adex starting at .25mg eod
Prami I have to taper up or it destroys my stomach I will adjust according to bloods
I have ralox on hand, which I usually end up using. No matter how close I watch my bloods when I use tren or decca, it seems my nipples become sensitive.

As far as training I will been using some of the Mi40 plan and really overall trying to focus on mind muscle connection. Im looking for growth and muscle development over pure strength training.

Hope I can make this a good log. Im always open to suggestions.

Glad to see that you're on the road to resurrection... I've come to terms that the beauty in sets backs tend to introduce us to our greatest strengths..

First day of carb cycling with 3j, I wanted to cry not having nay carbs with breakfast haha. it's my first time with carb cycling so I'll be interested to see how I react. Being back in the gym this week has been great, muscles are fuller, strength is coming back.
 
Morning guys! Figured it was time for a check in.

I just did my third check in with 3j this week, one of which was my baseline. We've done 2 calorie increases thus far and my weight is up at 203.2. The test is starting to come in strong, Im walking around at full mast for most of my day and feel strong and focused in my workouts. While I was mid workout this week, I was doing a cable pushdown and happened to be facing the windows that look out in to the parking lot. I noticed two young idiots walk up around some cars and also the gym's sign that that faces the road, mind you this is a local gym. Im watching these idiots and sure enough a can of spray paint comes out, (in broad daylight) Im the only one that notices and I make a B-line for the door. Once out the door I yell "This is a local business get out of here!", they turn to look and you can see they were thinking of squaring up, but decided to run off. I turn to walk back in and realize everyone has stopped working out and is looking at me, Once I explained what happened to some of the regulars that know me, everyone laughed and the owner thanked me. Moral of the story, don't fuck with my gym!

Training has been good, Ive really been focusing on mind muscle connection and time under tension. I really had to drop the weight when I started the program, but it is steadily climbing back up , one thing I've kept consistent is mixing heavy squat days in. A couple of years ago I was hit by a drunk drive and injured my shoulder, so dropping the weight back has really given me an opportunity to strengthen that shoulder.

Ill post another progress pic here in a couple weeks. Im always open to questions and suggestions too.
 
I suck at life haha. I know my intention was to do a log, but life came up. I had some trouble staying strict on my diet due to work engagements and some family commitments, but here I am. I figured Id wait to post until life had settled and I could actually put in the work needed. While my progress isn't drastic I have made movement. I also have a question I was hoping to get some feedback on. I have run tren in the past and never really had an issue with the sides, I sweat some and had a bit of insomnia. For the past month and a half I have had terrible sleep and recently I have been waking up in pools of sweat. I realized the start of the insomnia was almost dead on with the decca could this be related? I know I sweat more when Im running gear, but this is significant and coupled with the insomnia it seems odd. My bloods have been clear, my e2 was a bit high when I ran my bloods, but I have adjusted my ancillary drugs and all of that seems to be in check. Anyway Id appreciate any feedback on this as well as suggestions for progress. Ill post up a few pics, some of those very unflattering check-ins (my first check in and my latest, side by side) with 3j as well as a pic from the gym and one my girl took of my back just standing no flex.

My check in this week was at 209.0 so back up just under 9lb
