My Routine:The good,bad and the ugly

Just wanted to put it out there to get some Criticism. Am I over training?

Tue:Chest/ bench,incline,dips,hammer strength,crossovers/ 3 sets of 10 to 15
30min of cardio

Wed:Back/ pulldowns, bentover rows, low pullies, seated rows, cable pulldowns/ 3 set10 to 15 reps
30min of Cardio

Thur:shoulders/ powercleans with military press, srugs, dips, lateral raises. 3 sets 10 to 15 reps
30min of Cardio

Sat: Legs/ squits, leg press, lungess, caf raises, 3 sets 10 to 15 reps
30 min cardio.
 
Looks pretty good. You are not overtraining. I don't see any Bi's and Tri's there. And no Hamstrings. I would hit legs a little harder. Also make sure you switch up the exercises with different variations. (Switch barbell and dumbell for chest. Pull ups and pulldowns lawnmower rows and seated cable etc.)
