My RUI experience

I had to get some of the simple things Bacteriostatic water , needles, empty vials.
Order was shipped FAST. I only live a state away. But it was still only 3 days. Great. After opening the package I noticed they sent me the wrong size needles. I like 1 inch the sent me 1 1/2 inch. I figured it would be one of those situations were they say, o well. But I sent them a picture. And they sent me the correct ones free of charge! They responded FAST and handled the situation with respect. Love this Company and I recommend them to EVERYONE. This board is lucky to have such a great sponsor!!!
