SARMS S-4 from Sarmsearch.com

Started taking 50mg/day last Thursday Jan. 28th so today is 6 days into it.

I must say I was a little skeptical about the whole idea but thought "what the hell, I'll give it a try."

The very first thing I noticed was the very first night I started having very vivid dreams and remembering them when I woke up, something I usually don't do. At first I thought it wss just a coincidence, but this has continued every night.

I was also quite concerned with these vision problems I read about associated with SARMS S-4, but thankfully I have not experienced any so far. "knocks on wood".....lol

Yesterday morning doing my cardio session I felt unusually full of energy, and trust me that is never the case when it comes to cardio.

This new energy level has continued to last.
Yesterday afternoon was leg day, and although I did my usual workout, I somehow felt as if I could have done more. This morning was a different story, as my quads feel like someone kicked the shit out of them. Thankfully today was an off day for both cardio and lifting.

I will try my damnest to keep this log updated every day.

Trying to lose BF, which is mostly in my stomach area. I'd like to drop 10 - 15 lbs without losing any muscle mass before I hit up a nice big testosterone cycle.

I'm interested in this. I had written SARMS off due to my paranoia about vision issues but that seems to be dose dependant, and also I am skeptical about what it will do if I'm already running a low dose of test. I have no doubt it would be a good compound if I were not on any test.

Day 7.

Cardio this morning went well. 20 minutes on the treadmill (don't laugh as that is good for me.....lol), could have gone longer but I had to get to work.

This afternoon was chest day, 3 sets incline BB press, 3 set decline BB press, and 4 sets flat BB press.

Chest workout went well, mentally I could have gone all day, but physically I was drained. Same mental thing with the cardio this morning.

I am so full of energy when doing anything physical, and I attribute this solely to the SARMS S-4. There is just no other explanation to this newly found energy.

No vision issues at all and I think I'll up the dosage to 60 or 70mg tomorrow.

Nothing else to report, but I'm only a week into this and really looking forward to the next few weeks.

Day 8 - yesterday

Cardio and Shoulder/Trap day.

Upped dosage to 60mg.

BP holding steady at 120/75.

Nothing else to report.

Day 10 - Saturday

Yesterday was an "Off day".....Except for morning cardio, so there was no sense in posting anything.....lol

Day 12 - Sunday
Today was Bi/Tri day. Workout went well, as usual mentally I could have done more but was physically spent.

I noticed another amazing thing today. The constant elbow joint pain I have experienced and just learned to live with is gone. I have had this problem for at least the last 6 months, no matter how much MSM, Glucosamine/chondroitine sulphate, fish oil, UDOs I took, nothing took away the joint pain.

Seriously, if this was the only thing SARMS S-4 did, it would be totally worth in IMO.

Still dosing @ 60mg/day.
BP holding and no vision problems.
Energy levels still high and still having those vivid dreams.

this is very interesting...any changes in body weight thus far? and whats your diet like? have you made any significant changes to your diet since you started sarms?

No change in weight.

Diet is not bad, not the cleanest, but not bad.

Avg ~ 3000 cals...40% protein, 45% carb, 15% fats.

Have not made any significant changes.

Day 13 Monday.

Cardio this morning went well.

Tonight was back day, pump was great, as was yesterday's.

I have an overall feeling of well being, almost like what you get starting out a new cycle.

No negatives with this stuff to report at all, only positives. So far I am quite impressed.

Day 14 - Tuesday Feb. 9th

AM cardio
Back day in the late afternoon.

Both sessions were good. Amazing pump from doing back.

Weight & BP steady.

Nothing out of ordinary to report.

Day 16 - Thursday Feb. 11th

Yesterday, Wednesday was an "off day"

Tonight was chest day, workout went well, I had an usual amount of energy left when finished and not just mental energy, but physical energy. Don't really know what to make of it, but I definetely liked it.

I'd like to elaborate on this lack of elbow joint pain. It's actually quite amazing. It was severely limiting my triceps exercise choices. Could not do overhead extensions or skull crushers with very much weight and when I did them with even light weight I would be in extreme pain for several days afterwards. Well Sunday I did both those exercises and went back to my per joint pain weights. I had absolutely no pain during, immediately after, or the next day. God it feel so good to hit those tris hard again.
