Man a simple google search... you need to find the right AI dose, we can't do it for you; you gotta find it yourself.. You can start at .25 EOD... then adjust if you see sides of high/low estrogen.. yes you can use peptide no prob with this. I'll let you use google for HCG dosage... if you dont mind....

So unless I am not reading this correct or skipped where you said you got more test, if it was dosed at 250mg/ml and your running 500mg/week, you got enough for 5 weeks. You can run peptides of you want, I am running them now, but I feel like a god damn pin pad. Run your arimidex at .25 EOD like my brother said(lol Sam) or run it .5 every 3 day (E3D). Tell us how you think you should run your HCG and one of us will
Confirm if it looks correct or not.

If you are going to cycle why use HCG during your cycle? HCG is very useful if you plan on coming off to get your test levels back up but I see no point in running HCG on cycle. I would up the test, leave the Winny(wouldn't be my first choice), leave the Armidex and save the clomid and HCG for PCT.

HCG during a cycle helps maintain testicle function and size. You shouldn't use HCG during PCT however since it is suppressive to the HPTA.

id say about 500iu a day with HCG and only taking half of a 1mg armidex pill through my cycle every 3 days

Before you start your run, repost the final cycle you have come up with. I would have thought your Pro friend would have helped you out more, considering that may have been your connection.

two 10ml test prop viles -500mg a week
during cycle taking 0.5 of armidex every 3 days along with 500iu of hcg
and finish off with 40mg of nolvadex a day and 50mg of clomid a day for 3 -4 weeks for pct.
