open up a po box and list other "customers" who can receive there. It says they have to show ID when opening it up but I wasnt asked for it. I listed 2 alias names on there. I know its still connected but at least its not YOUR name.

i send it to my moms house and tell her its a surprise for my wife and that she cant know about it. so when the package arrives my mom just sits on it till i pick it up, usually a week after it gets there. if someone were to try an d bust her she would just say "my son said it was for his wife and not to open it"
, putting her in the clear allowing me to take the fall if i had to.

I think australian customs literally open every box...and just take what they want. Ive heard of completely legal things being stopped and held.

Yer thats pretty much spot on, I have actually heard of them taking toys and models that they don't think are fit for importation.. I regularly buy clothes from overseas, and just about every delivery is delayed a few days and when I receive the parcel it has a sticker on it saying that it has been opened by customs.. You would have to be very lucky to get any type of gear into here..
