My Third PH Cycle

Beastdrol is going to be my third PH cycle and I am going to take it regardless of flame.

my age is 25
I'm 5'11
i weight 210
BF% is 17%


DIET UPDATED 230g Carbs 300g Protein

My diet is going to be the Same
Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Protein Shake(30gs Protein)
Potato(20g of Carbs)

i am going to be taking Zero Loss By
Mr supps as Pre Workout supplement

Lunch(Post Workout)
2 Protein Shakes(60gs Protein)
Triple Whopper BK(70gs Protein)--(or another form of meat High in Protein)
Also Serious Mass (126g of Carbs 25g Protein)
cup of rice(68 Carbs)

Dinner
13 Egg whites& 7 Whole Eggs(120g OF Protein)
4 Pieces of bread(20g of Protein)
Potato(25g Of Carbs)


Bedtime
(a protein bar high in carbs right before bed
This is going to be a little over 300Gs of Protein a day but ive done this for a while and speed walked for 20 mins a day and i havent gone up in BF)--Going to be my diet The Carbs Are Around 230g

Going to take Beastdrol Without Test Reaserched everday for 3 months for about 3 Hours a day ive got everything i need this is going to be my plan

On Cycle:
Forged Liver Support
N2-Shampoo also--Regenepure for hairloss
Forma Stanzol(10 Pumps on chest a day)
(also a prescribed acne Cream)
PCT:
Osta's Clomid
Forged Liver Support
N2-Shampoo For Hairgrowth also---Regenepure for hairloss
Forma Stanzol(10 Pumps on chest a day)
(also a prescribed acne Cream)

you need some greens with this meal, add a salad or broc/green beans

id toss in hcgenerate or forged post cycle. than taper down on the forma wk by wk. this helps prevent any rebound that could come about.

you also wana dose the beast with fish oil to help it absorb.

you also need to focus on other foods aside protein. healthy fats, quality carbs are a big part to building muscle
 
Is this diet serious? You need to work on that diet alot. I see a ton of protein, no fat or carbs (that are good, I mean that triple whopper has tons of fats/carbs...) no fruits, veggies. I'd go back to the drawing board on that diet and rework what you are doing.

Well I guess ill But a Carb Supplement and add in Rice and Potatoes to my diet
 
if you dont want a flame or input then why even post this.
oral only cycles with no test base ARE BAD/SHIT, period.

add a test base...

also DONT EAT EGG WHITES! eat the whole freaking egg! i still dont understand how people still think if you eat cholesterol it just goes to your blood as the same. thats not the case, just like fat. if you eat fat it dont mean it IS fat in your body, too much calories (hense calorie dense fat) sure you will get fat.
fat free products usually are WORSE for fatloss due to the added sugar wtc.


EAT whole foods, DONT eat crap foods like BK.

also add good fats!\like extra vergin olive oil.
i add about 2oz/shots to each of my protein drinks (i have about 3-4 ed)
and add it to everything else you can like pasta sauce, soup, etc
yah thats right i DRINK oilive oil lol

OP, you need to eat some real carbs man. oatmeal, wheat bread, pasta, sweet potato, etc.

i have a feeling your in college cuz i could make all your meals with a mini fridge and a microwave. and you dont really know how to eat.

I'm still stuck on the tripple whopper......... I can't imagine anyone wanting to use that as part of a cycle. Heck even if you microwaved or george formaned a steak it would taste better and be better for you. But thats just my opinion

milk, cottage cheese, eggs, chicken, tuna, tilapia, beef, WG pasta, brown rice, fruit (or some combination) EVERY DAY

Well Dismiss my diet for now i can fix that but I really need help what do you think of my cycle what will the result be without a test Base but with all this i cant seem to get my hands on Test

But Look at my stack and tell me what my results would be without Test

it all depends on diet. people have easily gained +20 lbs on a 4 week cycle of superdrol.

keeping it will depend on your commitment and diet through post cycle therapy (pct) and even beyond that.

Also thank you i was worried a bit about Ppl a few people flaming on my cycle because the lack of test(i would get some but i cant seem to get ahold of it)

the reason MOST people use legal "PH"s or designer roids is due to risk/legal issues.

you don't NEED test, but it is highly recommended. it makes things a lot easier - lethargy, sex drive, etc will suffer on cycle without test. some people get these sides, some don't but test will get rid of them (for the most part).

superdrol has a really bad rep for being REALLY harsh. you might want to consider running 20mg for 4 weeks instead of 20/20/30/30.
