Firstly would like to say what a solid board this is for advice. I have learned alot from the time that i have been on it.
After about six months deliberating and researching i think I’m finally gonna take the plunge. But need advice on my first cycle and PCT
My lifting background/profile is, lifting for 3yrs, weight 175 height 5'10 BF 15 % 3000 - 2500 cals per day -supplement - Whey & Creatine & multivitamins. Age 31
I want to put on 15 -20lbs of good quality mass, but really don't want to put on anymore BF(15% is high enough)
Basically want to take my lifting up to the next level and i would obviously like to hang onto as much gains as possible post cycle.
Any advice would be great.
