My TRT journey feels like hell + my doctor is a troll

My magical journey in the amazing world of TRT goes on, and it never ceases to amaze me my friends!

So I went to the hospital today for my routine check ups and stuff and the doctor gave me the blood tests results from the last week:
My Test is 674 (on a scale of 72-853 according the lab)
My free Test is 18 (on a scale of 9 - 42 according the lab)

Blood was taken on a Monday, the day I do my first injection, BEFORE getting the injection, which I got on a Thursday.
I inject 125 every 3.5 days at moment (Mon - Thur), up from 125 weekly, up from 250 every 3 weeks.
I felt incredibly horrible at 250/3w and felt kinda bad at 125/w after the first 3-4 days.

What do you think about my levels? I think they are kind of low, and no idea why the lab range are so low either. I should give the new dosage more time I guess, shouldnt I? I've started the double 125 injection just a few weeks ago.
Please keep in mind Im self managing everything, since my doctor clearly has no clue and my endo doesnt want to change that 250/3 weeks protocol. They dont prescribe AI, they dont prescibe HcG, they dont wanna change the protocol no matter what bloods look like.

Also keep in mind they dont check my E2, never did, or anything else for that matter; they just check the test and its good game for them.
If its on the range its fine, no matter how low on the scale it is.
If I wanna check anything else I need a prescription and its a fuckin pain in the ass to get one from them, managed to get one for the E2, which Im gonna check when I've been on this 2x125/week for a considerable amount of time.
And I'll be checking my test straight after the injection aswell.
(I have adex on hand just in case)

My doctor (not the endo), told me she thinks Im not even hypogonadal and "its all in my mind" LOL after 15+ years on TRT
My diagnosis, the low as shit test levels since when I was a boy, the depresson I've been through, the lack or erections and libido, lack of muscles, body hair, my test dropping to 200 when I was on the 250/3 week dosage and anything else.. its all in my mind ahah what a fuckin troll she is!

P.s. :
For all of those thinking "why the hell dont you fire your doctor dude?!" well, for some reasons I cant.
And why the hell I dont fire my endo, I tried many of them and they are all the same, nobody has a clue over here.

With a doctor who refuses to prescribe ancillary drugs like an AI you are most likely going to see the best results on a lower test dosage as e2 will more than likely be the determining factor on whether or not you feel good and dont have any side effects. At your new dosage of 250mg/wk you will more than likely need an AI to control e2 as this will almost undoubtedly put your TT over 1000.

However, without blood work we are just taking shots in the dark. You need to order bloodwork yourself and get an idea what your e2 is doing and either adjust the test dosage accordingly or buy an AI to get your e2 in check. It will more than likely take at least 4 weeks for your levels to stabilize.

I know you have had bad luck with other doctors and are feeling a bit hopeless about finding one that knows what they are doing but trust me when I say it is not worth dealing with a stubborn incompetent doc who refuses to listen to their patient. Proper treatment is crucial for your well being so your doctor should be concerned with finding something that works for you. If you havent already try calling around to every doctor in town and ask if they will do TRT and if they will prescribe an AI and Hcg.

Also, have you considered contacting IncreaseMyT? I have yet to hear anyone complain about their treatment through them and it might be worth a shot if you have exhausted all your other options.

I don't think your levels are too low.. That looks good for a through reading

I dont think I could use IncreaseMyT services since I live in Europe, basically every doctor in my country follows the same protocol, 250/3w, as its said on the Test paper, and they cant/wont prescribe an AI ever (most of them arent even aware it could be used by men on TRT), hcg they dont really know a thing about it.
I've got some Adex at home but Ill wait untile I check the e2 and see if I need it.
I might drop the dosage to 125/week again and see what happens in 4 weeks, what do you think?
Also what else should I check?

Do you think its fine for my age (28) ?

Are you using prescription test? You mentioned the doc wouldn't budge from 250/3weeks and you are managing on your own. If it's not pharmacy stuff it may be under dosed a bit.

Your level isn't really low at all for a 28 yr old who's not on TRT, but do seem a little low for someone taking that high of a dose of exogenous test. Age doesn't matter much once you inject and shut down your own production.

Pharmacy stuff, I can buy more than whats prescribed.
I meant for a healty guy of my age yes, Im shut down since when I was a kid.
Might be that the 125 twice a week still hasnt "kicked in" so thats why the levels are still low for that dose, I will see in some weeks, Ill be probably lowering the dose to about 150 i reckon, lets wait new bloods

I would caution self-treating as testosterone is a controlled substance in many countries, and the fact that you're picking up extra may very well catch up to you. This tends to make doctors twitchy, which may end your relationship with them.

I advise opening a dialogue with your doctor and expressing your concerns in an organized fashion. Bring facts to the table; this can include half-life data (E3W is preposterous in this day and age), and scientific papers that prove you're not making things up. It may be a situation that bears little fruit, but I would certainly opt for that than trying to sneak your test up as you may not have access to private labs in your country.

You're currently taking my dose of testosterone, and unless you share both my higher than average body volume and apparent insensitivity to androgens - you will come back out of range. This could backfire on you as mentioned above.

My .02c :)

Listen up 250mg a week is way to much, what might have happend is that you have ramped to high dosages wich eventually has increased your SHBG. Your body is trying to keep levels at homostatis, so that things dont run out of controle... Wich could indicate why you felt crappy going to 125.

I would either try to stop injection for 1-2months, to clean out your recepters and make your SHBG adjust to normal values, wich maybe would make a normal dosage of 100-125mg work fine!

Test E2, SHBG and thyroid.

Yep I cut it down already, 250 was definitely too much, Ill try to stay at 125 and see what the bloods look like after some time.
Trying again to talk to my doctor in a few days but its gonna be hard to change his mind.
I dont think there will be a problem about the test tho, my presciption doesnt mention how much I need and as long as I wont buy impressive amounts in the same place nobody is going to care

I tried 125 before 250!
Dunno why I wasnt feeling good, maybe I should split the 125 into 2 doses
And yes 250 is definitely too much I noticed kind of soon, Ill stay off a while, take bloods and switch back to 125 and see what happens

wait maybe i am reading incorrectly; your levels are 674 on 250mg a week of pharma grade test??? something is not right here. 250mg of test a week should put you well over 1000, id say around 1300-1600. either way, your test should be off the charts at that dosage. 250mg a week is like a mini cycle in my opinion

Probably it didnt "kick in" yet, it was just a week at that dose but yeah I noticed very soon it was too much.
Im staying totally off for a while and then Im trying to convince my doctor to try something like 100/week and work around it

Ridiculous, your test level is very good for your age and really for anyone over 25 .

Agree ^^^ - Almost 700 TT and you are considering TRT??? Looks like you are searching for an excuse to run a cycle. I would kill for a NATURAL TT that high.

I'm only on TRT because my TT was 190 at age 39 and felt like complete ass. And I've never cycled..

Have you enquired about switching to Nebido?

I was switched to Nebido from Sustanon - absolutely love it!

Game changer!

Those are not his natural numbers, and it was 250mg E3W. So roughly 83mg/wk.
