Pretty beefy shoulder/trap area. A good illustration of the response of the shoulder girdle to AAS. The legs look comparatively normal. The highly foreshortened leg shot doesn't help much.
 
It looks fine. I know you might have tons of ???'s but she has tolerated the test VERY well. Other than enlarged clitoris, some hair growth, huge sexual appetite, she has done great. Oh, she has recently started holding water which we are combating. Friday was her last injection. I will not give her so much next cycle, but she is very pleased with the results.
 
No, her period has always been the first thing she loses when she has cycles with any AAS. She turned 40 this year and has had her tubes cut. So, no worries concerning pregnancy and affecting future children.

I would definitely get blood work. See my signature below. You are flying blind without it. Especially with her using an AI. Women need lots of estradiol.

Is she is becoming menopausal?
