my winny cycle 3 weeks into 8 weeks of Winstrol- w/ pics...

so i have been taking Winstrol Oral Tablets for nearly 3 weeks now, Sunday will be the end of week 3... i took the tablets as followed:

Week 1: 30 mg/a day- 30 min before work out/ working out 3 days a week
Week 2: 40 mg/a day- 30 min before work out/ working out 4 days a week
Week 3: 40 mg/a day- 30 min before work out/ working out 4 days a week

Gains...

Dumbbell Curls...
Started: 25 pounds 3 Sets 10 Reps
Now: 45 pounds 3 Sets 10 Reps

Bench press
Started: 135 Pounds 3 Sets 8 Reps
Now: 180 pounds 2 Sets 10 Reps

Shoulder Press:
Started: 22.5 pound dumbells 3 Sets 8 Reps
Now: 40 pounds dumbbells 3 Sets 10 Reps

Squats
Started: 100 pounds. 3 sets 10 reps
now: 185 pounds 3 sets 10 reps

Leg press
started: 185 pounds 3 sets 10 reps
now: 360 pounds 3 sets 10 reps

pulls ups...

started... could barely do 3
now... can do 10 reps 3 sets

I have enclosed pictures of where i started to where i am now
i have made impressive strength gains and im looking for advice to maximize my final 5 weeks please post and give me more advice

you were not ready for steroids.

ADVICE: if you were no aware previously winnie only is a horrible cycle. (not that you need to be cycling anything right now). train naturally. eat a ton. sleep a lot. lift heavy and hard. you do not need steroids to make gains.

Winnie is murder on your HDL levels. it really is only good for precontest BBers and possibly sprinters.

Get some nolvadex for post cycle therapy (pct) and as soon as you get that drop the winnie.

I don't like to cycle Winstrol (winny) without some deca, i prefer to avoid risk of sore joints.

and also, if you take it in tabs, you have to know than is one of the worst for liver, as bad as Fluoxymesterone and oxymethonolone.

So take something for your liver.

Bro I never took any hardcore Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and I can lift 45 lb dumbells. Right now Im using 43 for 5x5, not quite able to smoothly do all 5x5 but getting close. I do 15-20 pullups at a time in sets of at least 5 to 10. Mixed in with at least 200 pushups,hands together under chest alternating to widespread. Also do dips sets of 20-30 x 5-10. You can do a LOT more without any gear bro. By the way Im only 5ft 9inches and 155 lbs.

Listen to the guys above me. Stop the gear, start pct. Eat like a beast especially healthy carbs n protein. Keep working out. You can make the same gains without;-) Believe it.
