My Workout - Please make suggestions on improvements

Do 4 exercises for each part, 3 sets of about 6-8 reps

Chest

Bench Press
Incline Bench Press (Smith Machine)
Decline Bench Press (Smith Machine)
Machine Flys

Shoulders

Shoulder Press using Machine
Military Press on Smith Machine
Upright Rows
Benhind The Neck military press (seated)

Legs

Calf Raises
Squats
Leg Extensions
Leg Press

Back

Pulldowns
Behind The Neck Pulldowns
Low Pulley Rows
Dumbell rows

Biceps

Curls (EZ)
D/B Curls
Hammer Curls
Preacher Curls (EZ Bar)

Triceps

Pushdowns
skullcrushers
Close grip Bench Press
Dumbell Extensions

For the most part, I think it looks like a nice array of exericises. I would only change a couple things, such as losing the smith machine on your incline and decline press. I would also add some conventional deadlifts on back day, and some stiff-legged deadlifts on leg day to hit your hamstrings.
 
I will be adding deadlifts this week; I have never done them before so I am just looking up how to do them properly.

also behind the neck presses put more stress on your joints.
as far as chest, if your like me and some other guys barbell exercises
dont seem to "work" my chest the way i want, so you may want to throw in some dumbell presses..:yesway:
