Natural 19 year old, 220 lbs 5'11

remember to continually increase calories.. do it slowly.. and you'll continue to grow!!

dont listen to this bullshit about 10-12lbs a year.. eat to grow and you will!!!
 
i am not an expert..but when i started training i was 14yrs old...didnt know what the hell i was doing till i was about 16yrs..then slowly managed to get my training and diet in order and in two years i went from being 55kg's to somewhere in the range of 85kg's in bodyweight...i dont know if was the training, diet, my natural hormones kicking in or a combo of all of these ...but the change was massive...

what i am trying to say is that i've read of others also who have experienced similar growth spurts in their 'younger' years...

i COMPLETELY DISAGREE!!!!!!

General consensus is 0.5-1lb a week if everything is done right. which is roughly 1.8-3.6 stone a year. 0.5lb is probably the most realistic figure and even that will only come with serious dedication

Anyone who thinks you put on 20lbs of lean mass after a few years of natty training is clueless. The biggest natural pros are contest ready at like 200lbs... If he's 220 here, gets 20lbs muscle he'll be like 240 with 10% BF, no chance natural unless you're a genetic freak of freaks. In that case go for that Mr. Olympia title haha.

Tommy, .5lbs of muscle/week is ridiculous that's 26lbs of muscle a year!!! Maybe your first year that will happen and maybe possible the second as well, but never again.

Not a chance in the world youre 220lbs. Sorry. Ill put my paycheck on it. Im two inches taller than you, clearly bigger than you, and yet i weigh less than you?? I dont think so bud. If youre over a buck ninety ill be surprised.

BUT, congrats for being in such fine lean shape! Good job!
 
Looks about 185-195 to me and very lean at sub 9%. You just don't have enough mass to carry 220 on 5 11 frame. And I would have a hard time believing that's natty for your age, 220 that lean is hard to achieve for must of us using aas. your arms would be nearing the 19" mark, but are looking around the 16-16.5 area. But who am I to judge, you look great, just not that massive.

im almost 4 inches taller and weigh 10lbs less, and am carrying more bf than you but I am little bigger than you are even in your biggest pics.

If what you have done is in fact all natty, meaning you haven't used any prohormones or aas, you achieved what few can do so young. Keep it up
